This is absolutely the WORST KFC I have EVER been to!!! WOW!!! I ordered a 4pc Meal with mashed potatoes and sweet corn as my sides. When I got home and opened the box, there were two of the tiniest wings I had ever seen and what appeared to be a drummette disguised as a leg along with a very small, dry and obviously not fresh so-​called breast. On top of this, there was a noticeably sad looking biscuit that was literally as hard as concrete. It’s as if they made my order out of day old scraps! I’ve never experienced sides being bad, however, the mashed potatoes were as dry as powder with maybe a teaspoon of gravy on the top and the sweet corn was literally like little pieces of granola. I have been eating at KFC for at least 35+ years and have NEVER had this experience before. I called the location (#H730121) @ (323) 295‑1659 asking for Paola who was my server and was only told that I would have to return in the morning, asking for Sonja. I don’t plan on ever returning to this location after this experience and demand a FULL refund as nothing in my box was the least bit edible!!! I will be back first thing in the morning, Smdh

I’m pissed, firstly my when ordering my friend asked the cashier how she was doing, in fact she asked this question several times and there was no response.
Secondly I asked for the Nashville Hot Chicken strips ummmm explain to me why they were plain old strips with a dash of sauce ??? Other locations are much better if I wanted just regular strips from there I would gave requested them, I did not because I HATE KFC chicken. The crunchy kind is good but not every location has that. I do enjoy the hot wings. Ok I never turn back my food or complain but I had to last night. See I’m kind of supposed to not be sort of eating that stuff to lose weight but its my bday weekend so turn up!!! Whatever I sent my chicken back she gave me hot wings and once again we asked how she was doing and she just turned her head.
I was over it that place is always a bit shady. If you can just go to the one down King closer to Western lol that’s so out of the way but for some warm perfect hot Nashville chicken its worth the Trip. The chicken is full of seasoning and swimming in that lardy spicy, messy sauce so good omg so darn good.

Let me tell you that this place never has anything. And management is even worse. I tired reaching out to corporate about my visit almost three weeks ago and haven’t received any phone calls back. Terrible customers service /​food service!

Just had the two piece leg and thigh. It was so awful I am glad Col. Saunders is no longer alive to experience this. The pieces were so small. Once you got through the skin there was hardly any meat. I didn’t taste any herbs and spices. The mashed potatoes and gravy were almost inedible, the slaw tasted old like it was a leftover. I would not recommend this food to anyone. Just get the 8 piece from any grocery and you will come out better and make instant potatoes. That’s what I will do the next time j want chicken and mashed potatoes.

I don’t normally review fast food joints, but what they hey? No one else has reviewed this location and I’ve Been here a couple of times. Well I’m not a fast food kinda gal but, what’s a girl to being to game night? Chicken! It’s convenient, it’s fast and I had a coupon so family meal for $ 20 is more than enough food to feed the troops!
This location is always empty so things go by pretty fast, the service is attentive.
Note: The chocolate chip cake and now the pink in cake really rock! I never thought is like dessert or cakes from KFC but it came with my meal deal and the cake is super moist!

Ordered a bowl on drive though it tuck 20min never I couldn’t even leave out the line because by this time it got backed up i grabbed my order and went home opend the bag no spoon or fork they have to step there game up!
