I could see the stress on the employee’s face at the register when she saw a line. This location was completely understaffed the day I came. They ran out of mashed potatoes manager did not response properly never coming back here, ohh they close noon time

worst place ever. This place is all dirty, there’s flies all over the place. they forgot my Cole slaw. how could they forget my Cole slaw? they gave me an extra cookie tho. oh did I mention the flies just chilling in here. there is also a log wait just to get a simple mean. smh

By far the worse experience I had at a fast food joint. They messed up on our order three times!!! And we weren’t the only ones, the time we where there, there was about 5 occasions they messed up on other people’s orders. Never again.

I like KFC unfortunately this place just disappointed me the staff was super salty mad because i told them that they got my order mixed up and they got more mad because i asked for hot sauce… After getting my food it was cold on the inside and was soaked in oil did not bother returning it I just threw it away and well that’s the last time I am going to eat at this location.

First time in this kfc/​taco bell in south central. No one in line but 2 employees in the front counting out drawers at 1:00pm with no acknowledgment of taking my or my coworkers order, even after I asked if I ordered at this window. Need customer service skills here.

Very clean, nice flat screen tv with the football game on, great service & very quick… I honestly wasn’t going to go here after reading the reviews but it’s a few blocks away and I just wanted taco bell & to walk to one quickly rather then go 4miles to the next one in SouthGate or the one by the greenline (thats actually just as good) To my surprise it was great! I guess when you have very low expectations then it’s a very pleasant surprise when all goes well & leave happy! Free refills & you don’t have to ask for them like most food places in this area, the inside was very nice to sit & eat, it has the $ 2 (now $ 3) meal deals, has a larger menu for taco bell items then most taco bell/kfc’s and I didn’t see any homeless as I believe they all hang around the near by bobo’s, McDonald’s & most of all el pollo loco… they have a security guard but the tv seems to be put up and taken down at random. Also the free wifi is sometimes there and not so you could easily get a 2star visit or a 5 star based on day and time lol

I go to this Kfc /​taco bell because Its close to me… I much rather drive a distance or just Wait til I’m in a better area to eat… EVERY SINGLE TIME I go something is missing from my order or they don’t have what you want or need… B.s. I ordered a chicken sandwich why did they give me bread and cheese no chicken? How do you forget the chicken! Smoked out idiots!!! The staff are rude and all need to be fired! Just doesn’t have the same good taste… They need to try n get rid of the homeless just hanging out all around while people are trying to enjoy a quick drive through pick up… This place is gross.

Will never come back to this KFC again. The one time I came the chicken was raw on the inside. It was still red when I bit into it.
It’s in a bad neighborhood so it has bullet proof glass inside were you order. They also have homeless people sitting in dining room and standing outside the drive threw.
This KFC has a Taco Bell attached to it and half the time the tacos are soggy. I took the drive threw once and I thought it was the male version of Bonquiqui taking my order.

It’s fast food, we all know how it tastes. But I’ve came here multiple times and they ALWAYS get my order wrong. Today I went through drive through and when I got home, I realized they didn’t give me everything I ordered. I went back and wasted more time. I’m so disappointed, it happens every time, I’m done with this place. What kind of employees do they hire. I work in a restaurant and this is just pathetic! I give a one star for consistently fucking up!

This place deserves absolutely NO STARS but in order to post this I have to give it the 1 star it does not deserve. Ugh I’m so grossed out.

Its alright. Bums outside. Across the street from churches chicken. Joined with taco bell. Best idea ever. Only flaw is that they run out of food or somethingalways breaks down. Your ready to order tacos and they apologize sorry we don’t have any taco shells or tortillas. wtf seriously. Other than that the food is ok if your hungry.

I went to KFC yesterday and as soon as I walked in I noticed it was very clean. When I walked up to the registers two employeeswere there smiling and waiting for me to order. I asked for a second to think about what I wanted and they told me ok sir take your time and let me know when your ready, and he waited for a while just smiling at me because I was undecisive. When I finally decided what I wanted he greeted me again and gave me a great customer service. I didn’t have to wait at all as soon as I was done paying I turned around to take my seat, they told your order is ready sir and greeted me once again.

This location is conveniently located by my house. It has plenty of parking if you actually want to exit your vehicle.
Their service is pretty bad inside. They always forget to put something you ordered in your bag. If by chance they don’t forget something you have to deal with unpleasant patrons. The drive thru is by far the way to go. But then you have to deal with the homeless guy bothering you.
You can’t got wrong with their food though. They also have a taco bell in the same location for those who must eat at two different fast food joints at the same time. Their taco bell food is jsut as good :)

South Central is so racist having a KFC and a Church’s Chicken adjacent to each other. Or is it racist to think that KFC and Church’s Chicken is racist? What a dilemma.
This KFC cannot be in a far worst part of town, it’s actually a few blocks from my residence so I know from experience the disease the surrounding area is spreading.
If you plan on visiting this location, use the drive-​thru so you won’t have to be subjected to the cascading pain the community induces onto you. If you do drive-​thru, it’s up to you to give the change to the homeless person waiting next to the window.
Now as for the chicken, it’s finger lickin’ good! I always order an appetizing Famous Bowl.
