I first met Kami in 2006, and 10 years later I have referred over 2-​dozen of my friends to purchase engagement rings and other jewelry. If it’s your first time going to the jewelry district, it can be a very scary and overwhelming experience! I was in search of an engagement ring and I told myself that I wouldn’t buy from the first jeweler I met. Kami happened to be the first person that I spoke with that day, and I spent over an hour with him just going through different types of ideas. Not once did he pressure me… and even when I decided to stick to my rule and walk away, he never made me feel out of place. I spent two hours going from jeweler to jeweler, hearing every whack sales pitch out there. There were plenty of options, but nobody treated me as well as Kami. He’s extremely kind and he’s more than willing to work with your budget. I gave him $$$ mainly because it’s quality work for YOUR budget. I’m not going to rate him $$ because to me it cheapens his quality. You can always go back to him as he guarantees his product. Whether you have no idea what you’re looking for, or if you have a specific style in mind, he’s able to work with you. I would recommend and will continue to recommend him to my friends and family.

Have been dealing with Kami for well over 20 years. He is stellar in every way. My engagement ring came from him as did my husband’s wedding ring. My son-​in-​law later stumbled over him by accident and bought my daughter’s ring there. He couldn’t have been happier. We were amazed that he had ended up with Kami considering all the jewelers in that district. I added an additional wedding band to my set last year and Kami’s price was the best.

Kami was an absolute gem to work with. I saw a low-​quality picture of a ring online and he created it beyond our imaginations. Very patient and kind through the whole process from choosing a diamond, getting in our budget and communicating through numerous emails. During our first visit we knew he was trustworthy because another couple (existing clients) waited about 20 minutes for Kami to finish with us. Thank you for exceeding our expectations and making the wedding ring of my dreams — we WILL return!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Kami. He helped me create a custom diamond engagement ring for my girlfriend. When I sent him the design, I also requested the metal to be nickel-​free white gold due to her nickel allergy. Kami said he didn’t get those requests often, but he made it happen.
The price for my ring was fantastic, and the service I received was stellar. It’s hard to pick out a sea of vendors in the Diamond District, so I was extremely fortunate that a friend recommended Kami to me. By the way, my fiancée loves her ring!

HAD to visit Kami again (kidding, I LOVE an excuse to go see all the pretty sparklies!) and, once again, he did not disappoint! We trust him so much, his prices are so reasonable, and the quality of the diamonds he sells is the best. We’re not diamond experts by any means, and we would confuse easily with all of the jewelers to choose from. We’re just so happy that we ran in to him all those years ago, and would never think of going anywhere else. I’m LOVING what he did to my wedding rings! Thanks Kami! :)

Mission Near-​impossible
Take a look at the leather band on the right of the picture. It was original for my 14k Gold Euro Geneve Watch. When it became a bit frayed and worn, I decided to upgrade to a 14k Gold Bracelet. After months of looking, the only two jewelers I found (internet) proposed either removal of the watch brackets to allow a bracelet to be welded to the watch or the custom manufacture of a bracelet to fit the existing brackets. That is until I remembered the downtown jeweler with whom I had done business, years earlier — Kami’s Jewelers. So, I took the problem to Kami. It took him some time to find a suitable bracelet and to engage a craftsman to make the appropriate modification (20mm to 18 mm width). But as you can see on the left of the picture, the result is incredibly beautiful. Furthermore, the cost was most reasonable, considering that I did not have to ship my watch cross-​country or wait for the result of a risky manufacturing job. If any of you ever have need of a jewelry modification, like I did, or even just an off-​the-​shelf item for that special someone, Kami’s Jewelers is the place to go and Kami or one of his capable assistants is the person to see.

Kami is a true professional! He is very easygoing and informative and not pushy. I was lucky to come across his shop because his selection is of the highest quality. I looked at other shops and none compared to his quality and prices. He worked with our budget and was very kind. I definitely recommend Kami if you are looking for beautiful jewelry from an honest and patient seller.

Headed down to the jewelry district for my wife’s wedding band that I should have bought with the engagement ring, but I didn’t think that far ahead at the time.
Hit a couple of shops in the center and ended up at Kami’s. Found a ring I liked, that fit my needs and my budget… and it matched the engagement ring too! Score!
After a little negotiating, we came to a deal that worked for both of us and off to sizing.
Kami walked me down the block a bit to another building where I was taken up to the 2^nd floor and into a room that was made to be a jewelry workshop. At first it seemed a little odd, but not to worry. After about 20 minutes, I had my ring, and was on my way.
I would definitely recommend to anyone and will return when I’m in the market for some jewelry again.

In a place full of jewelers like this one, we feel so lucky to have stumbled upon Kami. He is very patient and kind and doesn’t make you feel pressured at all. We had been looking for an engagement ring for 2 months and we know the market value and the specs of almost every diamond and we think that Kami cut us the best deal for the best value. I am in love with my ring and my wedding band as well, we will be back for all future purchases. :-)

Awesome service and great straight forward pricing. My cousin and I found Kami’s looking for a promise ring and they were consistently cheaper than other places we shopped around. Few months later my fiancé and I ordered a custom wedding band to match her engagement ring and had a family ring I designed mold and casted in silver. Very reasonable and the work on the wedding band was sharper and more clean than the engagement ring (which they touched up just to be nice!) our wedding passed and everyone loved the work Kami’s produces. Thanks again and we will be back, will need more family rings =)

Kami’s made my fiancé’s wedding band and it turned out perfect! It was a complicated custom job that had to be fit around an unusual engagement ring, using family diamonds and gold. I had a picture I crudely made on my phone’s photoshop software, and a pile of old family rings, and Kami’s turned it into an incredible piece of very special jewelry. It was excellent work at a price I felt was very fair, and way less than I had budgeted for. And it all happened within the discussed time table. Highly recommend.

My then fiancé (now husband) and I went to Kami nearly 9 years ago to have him design and make my engagement ring. We were thrilled with what he came up with. We have very specific ideas about the engagement ring and Kami was able to incorporate everything we asked for. He is gentle, knowledgeable and explains everything. He was more than happy to work with us considering we wanted to buy the center diamond somewhere else. I went back to him to have him design my wedding band a year later. He still is our custom jewelry go-​to guy.

I feel so lucky that my fiancé and I found this place! I can’t recommend Kami enough. He brought my vision to life by helping us create the most beautiful and unique engagement ring! My fiancé gave me his great grandmother’s ring from 1914 and wanted me to design something of my own with it. The jewelry district downtown is so big and overwhelming. We just happened to stumble upon Kami’s. I had some pictures and thoughts on styles I liked. He worked with me for over an hour to help me realize my dream ring. He is so patient and kind, and not at all pushy! I picked up my ring today, and I can’t even believe how beautiful it is. I can’t stop staring at my finger!

Kami has a small station in a jewelry mart on 7^th and Olive. I had a great experience buying an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Kami worked with me to pick out a diamond and a setting, and brought me to a place that set the diamond and polished everything up.
A few months later, my fiancée and I returned to pick out wedding bands. Mine was super simple, but her’s was not. After picking out a couple stones, Kami worked with us to design a wedding band that would wrap and incorporate her engagement ring. When I returned to pick it up the next week, I also found a great bracelet for her to wear on our Big Day.
Now we’ve been married for a year, and Kami is still my go-​to guy in the Jewelry District. He has great prices on his whole inventory and has been very helpful directing me to other businesses for items he does not carry.

Great experience in buying our platinum wedding rings here. Very good deal and pleasant jeweler. He wasn’t over-​eager like some of the jewelers in the area, to a point of being annoying. Great selection and quick engraving service as well.
