I definitely reccommend using the address listed on their Unilocal site as opposed to the address given fro Kaiser’s website itself. Using the other address took me towards LAX instead of the correct location all due to how its written down with that «½» in the address. With rush hour traffic, that was not fun to realize. Other than that, the service was great but if youre looking for name brand glasses your selection of glasses is definitely going to be small. I wasn’t overly impressed with the selection as opposed to a lenscrafters but they do run really good specials and promo’s that had me walking out only paying $ 13 out of pocket for my frames, prescriptions, anti glare and polycarbonate lenses (they are shatterproof and lighter than normal lenses)

My one gripe is the attitude I get from the people working there especially in the contract lens dept. And it’s more than one occasion where I’ve gotten bad attitude, unfortunately I’m stuck here since its close and I don’t have time to go to another Kaiser location
