How do I begin? I had these guys do my windows. They gave me a quote of $ 1600. They BROKE a window. Tried to have it replaced. They brought the WRONG SIZE window. I went out of town and had my staff stay at my house to wait for them to replace the window (and had to pay someone to sit there half the day for the window replacement). After everything is said and done, they gave me a new invoice AFTER they completed the job for an extra $ 300. Huh? You break my window and I have to pay more for your services? Now they are harassing me, threatening all kinds of legal action for the additional $ 300 that they ADDED to the original quote AFTER they did the job. Don’t do business with these losers because they DO NOT stand behind their original quote. They WILL charge you MORE AFTER the job is complete (with is illegal and morally incorrect). And they will break your windows (and actually blame YOU for why they broke). This is the epitomy of unprofessionalism and I’m sorry I ever did business with these crooks.
