June Ahn -Coldwell Banker

June has been my agent for the past few years. She’s not only honest, but extremely knowledgable about market trends, and always gives her best advice. I highly recommend going to her if you plan on buying or selling properties.
When I was a first time buyer, I didn’t know anything on how to purchase a home or where to start. June was recommended to me by a friend. I never felt she was focused on commission or the actual sale itself. June guided me as if I were her own daughter showing care and compassion along the way. She was always willing and available to address all my concerns with a smile. She guided me through the process of prospecting, planning, deciding, and closing. She is realistic which I feel is a rarity among most realtors. Above all her integrity sets her apart.

If you are planning on renting and June is involved be careful. She stole an entire security deposit on items that were already damaged.

June is a horrible agent that just wants a quick sale. She does not care about the client’s interests or budgets and just pushes for the fastest path to her commission. I fired her after she refused to do her job — like pulling comps, negotiating on behalf of the buyer, searching for properties, etc. She is pushy and rude and I would run from her if you are looking for an agent you can trust.
