Jump Zone

If I could give this place a zero, I would because that’s what I got! No jump house, no cotton candy machine, no tables, and no chairs. They showed up with a PRINCESS jumphouse for my ONE YEAR OLD SON! Then tried to cover themselves by saying my dad was rude and I should have been there. WHAT! So when I found out what happened, I called. Somy said she didn’t know what happened, would call the driver, and then call me back. She never called. I called her 4 more time and left voice messages that never got returned. Horrible business with horrible customer service. I called this morning to speak to a manager or owner to find out what happened. Of course Somy said they were not there. She basically said it was my fault for having an unpleasant person there and I basically said you brought me the wrong bouncer and left me with nothing. She wants to talk to me about courtesy when she didn’t even have the courtesy of calling me back to let me know they were not returning-​WHATEVER! Do yourself a favor-​save yourself frustration-​do not do business with these awful people who don’t care about messing up your special occasion.
