As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were a little nervous and inexperienced with the entire process. Thankfully we met Jovelle! From day one, she was down to earth, extremely professional, organized, and very patient. She took the time to understand what type of home we really wanted, was respectful of our price range, and she helped find us the perfect home. Jovelle will not rush you or pressure you at all, which is refreshing when almost everyone else you deal with wants what’s best for them, but not necessarily for you. From going to open houses to the last details of the closing, Jovelle keeps the client’s interests in mind. She’s not just the realtor you should hire now — she’s the realtor you should keep hiring far into the future.

Jovelle is a fantastic Realtor. She helped my wife and I purchase our first house, in Culver City. She is a joy to work with, she is diligent, she’s in constant contact, and oh yea, in helping us navigate the process she helped us save thousands of dollars and might have been the difference in us getting the house and the loan. After being in escrow, and ultimately backing out for a year, Jovelle was a breath of fresh air once I began looking again. Though she specializes in Echo Park, and the surrounding neighborhoods, I found her equally as knowledgable while searching for a condo in the Valley. As a first time buyer I had absolutely no knowledge of the process, and Jovelle not only explained everything step by step, but she also took the time to go through the paperwork one page at a time. When an issue arose, she took care to handle it immediately. As someone who is also social media savvy, she makes a point of getting back to you whether it’s by text, phone or e-​mail. I’ve already recommended her to a number of friends, and can say with certainty, that when it comes to purchasing a home, you couldn’t do better than a realtor like Jovelle.

As a first time home buyer, Jovelle really helped guide me through the process. She is very easy to approach and pleasant to work with. From my experience, I can truly felt how much she care and she would go extra miles to ensure I got all the rightful information that I needed. I highly recommend her to anyone whether you are first time home buyer or not since this is your most expensive expense in your life, you definitely do not want to have any regrets.

Buying a house is incredibly stressful and you really do need someone who has the expertise, professionalism and know-​how to navigate the unwieldy Los Angeles real estate system. Go with Jovelle. She was awesome. I write that while I’m lying on my couch looking out the window at my new neighborhood. She never tried to sell crappy places, she allowed me to form my own opinions, and she was quick to go to bat for my needs. She’s responsive and informed and I have the utmost appreciation for her help and encouragement. Also, and maybe best of all, she’s an Angelino (yes, they exist) and has a real love for Los Angeles, which I found to be super helpful. You really want someone that knows the communities– their ins and outs and plans and such. That being said, I recommend Jovelle whole-​heartedly !

I had a great time finding my condo with my realtor Jovelle. She went the extra mile to find my wife and I our home. She was very professional, would call us back in a timely manner and had so many listings for us to check out it was awesome. She would explain all the details and everything was transparent. Jovelle took the time to answer all questions, and she was upfront on everything.
The best part though, she listened. When we spoke about our likes and dis-​likes, she took it into consideration and didn’t show us something outside of what we wanted. Even though she had other clients, we never felt pushed aside, or on hold. Its tough to find an agent who will ensure you get quality, with care, but Jovelle provided it.
