My fiancé and I went here last night. He works late so we got there a little before 9:40. And, yes, that’s a bit late given that they close at 10. I hate to be those people but we were those people last night. But here’s where it gets strange. The guy at the counter(who said his name was Roberto) told me that they were closed, «We closed at 9.» I said that’s weird we drove here because Google Maps said you guys were open until 10. He said, no we close at 9. Okay Google is not perfect. But something seemed weird to me about the way he said it and also there were several groups currently eating in the restaurant. Johnny Rockets is basically fast food. If they had closed 40 minutes ago would a lot of people still be in there eating and would the doors still be open and would a guy still be standing at the cash register? So I checked Unilocal. They close at 10. I asked him about this, nicely, I’m sure he has a tougher job than I do and then all of a sudden he says we’re cleaning up now, we’re doing to go orders only. And then when I mentioned that if they’re doing to go orders only that means they didn’t close at 9 he asks me if I would like to sit down or if I would like my order to go. I got it to go, obviously. Who wants to sit in a place where the waiter lies to your face?

Slow but pleasant service. I felt bad for the 5 guys working. the busboy, juan, in particular was pretty amazing. He made shakes, delivered food, sat people and bussed tables. One guy was in training so that explains the frantic, disorganized situation. Food was fine and hot. For the number of customers versus the number of trained staff, they did their best and worked together. I know that some customers weren’t happy but in this day, a little empathy is required.

Terrible service. Waitresses looked mean and unpleasant. After she took our order she never came back to check on us. Gave us a stink face when we asked for a to go box. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

The main reason why we came here was because they had a deal for discounted movie tickets with purchase of an entrée. As far as the service went, I think they might have been understaffed. Our server seemed to be a little stressed. Yes we were a group of 7, which I admit is not exactly a cinch, especially since the biggest party they can even seat in there is 6. Burgers are pretty affordable, but they’re not quite fantastic. They were just barely better than Carl’s Jr. In any case, they did the trick, and my hunger was resolved. Will we come back? Yeah I don’t see why not. Do they need to improve? I believe so. How? Staff should take a deep breath and relax a bit more. That way, they’ll come off much better when interacting with customers. Service wasn’t bad, but we could tell they were still getting used to it all, and that will get better with time.

Our order came by deliver service and it was cold. So I called and asked for the management at the restaurant. A very polite man named Julio came to the phone and told me to bring the food right back if I could. I did bring it back and Julio had my order remade for me. I have to say I am so happy and impressed with the service and the food was great. We’ll be back and I plan on making Johnny Rockets my first choice. Way better than Five Guys and so, so clean. We watched them make our order and the burger chefs changed/threw away their gloves three times. Again, we are very impressed. Jennifer Harris Crawford

After the movies at Cinemark, I will sometimes order a chicken sandwich at this place my favorite. But yesterday it was soo busy, I decided to get my order to go. I waited 10 min. For someone to take my order, finally Tatiana asked if I’ve been helped. I replied«no» then she walked away. She asked again? Saw me again and walked away. Don’t understand??? Then next person, that I had to wave over, came and i told him what happened. Juan put my order in and offered us coffee, while we waited. he was kind and helpful. Our order came as soon as we finished our coffee. Please Let Tatiana know customer service is important!!! Thanks for the coffee Juan.

Good service and pretty consistent food like the other locations. I mostly go for the convenience of it being right across the street from work!

I don’t know what happened but we couldn’t even get water at this place since we never had the waitress actually come to our table for 20 minutes! She looked at us 10 minutes in and said I’ll be right with you…10 minutes later she still wasn’t back. Johnny’s you have to know most of your customers are going to the movies so time is a factor. We arrived with exactly one hour to have dinner before our movie started and this place wasted 20 of those minutes. Being a family of 4 with 2 small kids every minute counts, seriously. Thankfully there were other food choices with better & quicker customer service so we could still make our movie while dashing to grab the much needed Icee. I may try this place out again if I have 2 hours before our movie starts.

Not as good as it used to be. But staff was friendly and place was clean. The juke box at our table didn’t work. It was a bit disappointing

Johnny Rockets has to be at the top of your favorite burger places list. The Rocket«Original» started it all and remains the best burger in town. The Original is juicy and flavorful; have it loaded or customize it to your liking. You’ll find Johnny Rockets throughout LA; stop by the one in Westchester in the Howard Hughes Pavilion and say hello,

Typical chain restaurant with bad service we were ignored for 15 minutes even though we were two of five customers in the entire restaurant when we sat down and our waitress never checked on us I felt like a nuisance not a customer. The food was good I liked my sliders and Oreo shake which is why I’m still giving it two stars. I wouldn’t go back here though.

Came for a quick bite. Literally when i was one step in their the guys screams at me(ONLYTOGOONLYTOGO) which is what we were gonna do. Another guy tells me i will take your order shortly. Shortly becomes 15 min of waiting. I think they knew what they were doing keeping us waiting. .they didnt want any more orders. They wanted to close asap.

Was expecting the worst based on Unilocal review but went anyway with my husband. Clean, prompt. Original hamburger was delicious. My husband thought his veggie burger was better than Island’s. No complaints at all.

DONOTGOTOTHISBRANCH! The red-head who waited on us was high and got our orders wrong. Granted, the sweet potato fries were phenomenal, but the service was ABSOLUTELYHORRIBLE! My boyfriend and I just wanted a quick simple dinner, nothing fancy. We weren’t expecting anything extraordinary, just the regular basic service. I ordered my #12, mayo on the side(for taste preferences) and my guy ordered the houston. Our slurred-speeched bright-red-headed waitress asked if we would like a side of fries. I said no, but I would like sweet potato fries. «Sweet potato fries?» she said. I confirmed with a «Yes». I asked her what the most-ordered shake is, to which she replied was the oreo. I ordered one. She asked my guy if he wanted one and he said no, just the one for me. First item of food we get is a plate of regular fries. I said that I ordered sweet potato fries. I normally don’t get too upset with wrong orders, but she insisted that I ordered the regular fries and our banter over who was right took a few minutes too long. Then came my burger with globs of mayo smeared all over. And then TWO orders of oreo shakes instead of the one. She looked and talked like she was high on something so instead of asking for my correct order that Im not sure she’ll get right, I just had my boyfriend eat my burger and since the shake was good anyway, we just took the other one to-go.

Selling chilli from this place should be illegal! It was so oily, no beans at all nd the taste was horrible. I really feel sick to my stomach. My co wrker nd I threw ours away. But I do love their burgers :)

Just what you’d expect from Johnny Rockets. Same menu items as any other Johnny Rockets location. The nice aspect of this location is that if you eat here and want to see a movie, they have a movie deal and you are able to buy the tickets through Johnny Rockets which end being cheaper than buying them at the box office upstairs. The waiters were friendly and prompt with service. Burgers were okay and tasted ok. I only ever really eat here if I’m craving a milkshake and usually order food to go with it. Overall service is okay, place looks clean, waiters are attentive about refilling your water. The movie meal deal is probably the only reason I will eat here again if I also plan on seeing a movie.

I’ve only eaten here once and it was not very memorable. I think if you’re craving some carbs… Burgers and shakes and fires… This place will do the trick.

Four solid stars for Johnny Rockets in Westchester! I had a few guests in town from Asia and they wanted to experience the true American foods while here. Why not Johnny Rockets? They have a wonderful kids menu — ranging from Hot dogs, hamburgers, grilled cheese, chicken tenders. Comes complete with fries and a drink. I ordered the Route 66 burger, despite my attempts to keep away from red meat and fried foods. This burger was delicious! I ordered it with cheddar cheese(instead of Swiss) and fresh sliced onions(instead of grilled). The burger was deliciously fattening and scrumptious. I miss you red meat! I also ordered a large chocolate malt shake with extra malt. I *never* drink these kinds of drinks, but thought I would indulge in the American dream while I was breaking my no red meat diet. The malt shake was DELICIOUS(althought I only drank 1⁄3 of it because it was very rich!). Service here was AMAZING! Great customer service and our food came out fast! Best thing is that you can purchase a $ 8.95 movie theater ticket coupon with every meal and drink purchase. Movies upstairs at Cinemark is $ 12 – 13 for regular 2D and more for 3D movies. Food Grade: B Service Grade: B+ Worth the Money Grade: A Overall Impression Grade: B+

I ordered the grilled chicken salad for $ 8.99. The chicken was surprisingly tasty and the lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese were fine. This meal wasn’t amazing but I didn’t expect it to be so I’d say I was 100% satisfied. It was a typical Johnny Rockets. 3 stars worthy.

Loved the retro vibe it has. Not many people were there when we arrived, so we got to enjoy a peaceful dinner . The waiters were well mannered and attentive. Food was good not over the top delicious. We ordered the banana strawberry shake, sweet potato fries and onions rings combo. Chicken philly cheese steak was really good too. Only thing that disappointed me was my grilled cheese which was very bland.
