Solid. Definitely an amenity if you live in the high-rise above, since this part of downtown is kind of remote. They have most things you’d expect of a local liquor store owned and operated by a husband and wife hard working team. Small portions of juice, water, chips, canned goods, or whatever. Not a good source of fresh foods. Some surprises in the back: Korean nong shim ramen in several varieties, Libby glassware that has been on clearance for months, and plastic ice trays. They prefer cash. There are some charges and minimums regarding debit and credit.

Perfect quaint convenience store located on the lower level of the Promenade Towers apartment complex. It is good for a quick snack fix or drink if you’re on the go or passing by! They have all the normal household provisions at your disposal. The owners are two authentically good korean people. This store also sells lottery tickets, alcoholic beverages, frozen items, bananas, cookies, coffee bar, smokes, etc etc etc. the prices aren’t bad at all comparatively either.
