Funky, unusual, stylish footwear for those with unBasic shoe taste. Some of the prices tend to be a little on the high side for me, but they have great sales, and generally aren’t far out of reach. And a price variety. Great, knowledgable sales staff, which I assume the new store has as well.
My only gripe about their shoes is that, while they offer some women’
in up to size 12, sizing is inconsistent. Their website has good reviews of everything that will give you the lowdown on how the styles run. But unfortunately, if a shoe comes in a 12, it probably runs a size small.

My feet make shoe shopping a complete nightmare. My right foot has a dreaded bunion that likes to cause a scene when I try to cram it into any shoe. I needed boots for an upcoming vacation and to be honest, figured I would strike out here too.
I walked in and explained the situation and received some awesome service from the lady working. I picked out a pair of boots and she brought them out, along with a few other styles that she thought would work. I ended up falling in love with a pair that were size too big but was told they could ship them from another location.
Less than a week later, my boots arrived! We drove down and I was eager to see if the size smaller would cause and issue with my stupid foot. While they will need to be broken in, they were able to stretch the boot a bit in the area needed with this medieval contraption. My bunion is happy and I am super excited to finally have an amazing pair of 8 eyes.

The sales staff at this store are amazing! My wife had to take a pair of boots back for a minor repair. They were so awesome in helping, no charges on the repairs. Everyone we worked with was friendly, courteous and looked like they were really enjoying their jobs!
Their boots and shoes are all amazing. Well worth the visit.

What can I say about Fluevog other than it is my brand of choice? I have been wearing Fluevogs since 1990 and have amassed quite the collection!
I love shopping at the Melrose location because the staff is so friendly and accommodating. They make you feel at home and like one of the Fluevog family!
Fluevogs are a truly unique brand a set you apart from the norms. I feel so happy everyday putting on a pair of beloved shoes from my collection. The most recent purchase? The 45s– a truly gorgeous shoe-​boot hybrid!
If you haven’t shopped at a Fluevog store, run there immediately !!
