Jewelry Pavilion

Unfortunately, due to construction I’m unable to access the jewelry store inside the building they are located and the security guards working for the plaza are extremely un-​knowledgable & unhelpful. Andrew is very nice & made wonderful rings for me but unfortunately still has one of my rings that I cannot get because these guards won’t let me up to the 12^th floor, and I wasn’t given a courtesy call stating that they’d be moving & inaccessible. Now the jewelry Pavillion does not have a phone & I cannot call Andrew to ask him to let me up. This is a very odd way of doing business for such a «high end»
Business. I blame the useless staff working in the plaza, namely Charles Avington «Director of Security» not Jewelry Pavillion, but Jewelry Pavillion should have called their clients to notify us and maybe I wouldn’t have had to waste half an hour waiting for them to figure it out and not let me up anyways, in addition to the frustration. ABM’s corporate office will hear from me. Inexperienced people just don’t know how to conduct business now at days and this is how you lose your clientele and money.

Called to see if they had a couple Oris watches I’ve been eyeing for awhile. After I politely inquired about 2 models he simply said «Are you going to keep asking? Are you going to buy? «What a joke.
By the way, the pieces I was asking about are Oris’s most well known models, and he didn’t know what I was talking about. Rude and uneducated. I suggest you spend you’re money elsewhere, where you’re treated with courtesy and respect.

Great service for a good price. They adjusted my watch band to take a few links out. Then I needed one put back in. I couldn’t quite get it to feel comfortable, so I asked them to make repeated adjustments, and they did. I fully admit that I was being a pain. I was picky because I wanted it just right, and they were patient with me. I was very appreciative. Then a phone call came in and they told the person on the phone to call later because they were with a customer (me). Again, that was very cool of them and I appreciate that level of customer service. I paid $ 8 and left. Then I realized an hour later that I needed one more slight adjustment. I went back, and they did it at no charge. They gave me service with a smile, even after I came back later to bother them some more. A great place to go to. A+ customer service.

Went in to adjust the band for my watch (take a link out). They charged me $ 8 and it took like 2 mins, super fast.
The service was good and they have a decent selection of watches.

I recently purchased a great watch from Jewelry Pavilion. The price was unmatched by anyone and the service was great. I highly recommend them.

6.00 bucks to adjust my band for my watch (take a link out). Great price. Nice people. I will be back again with a few more of my watches. Please give them a try and they have great watches to choose from as well there if you need to pick up a TAG, Movado, etc up for work or leisure.

I walked into this place in 1994 for a Swiss Army watch that my younger sister was buying me as a birthday gift.
16 years later I still shop here.
This is one of those places that adds a personal touch to every sale and repair as well as competitive pricing. I don’t know of any other jewelry store that establishes a relationship with their clients. They are very knowledgeable in time pieces and creative in their jewelry designs.
This year they located a Movado that even the company couldn’t locate and delivered it in time for the wedding.
They also for delivered a high end Zenith the same day for my best friends wedding! From Los Angeles to san Francisco!
I can’t recommend Jewelry Pavilion enough!
