The service is good, nothing out of the ordinary, but the 2 stars is for the price of the service, it is extremely expensive $ 4.00 for a clean shirt, wow. The average price in the market is $ 2.00
I came to this place because of the reviews, sorry this will be my first and last visit

Fantastic!!! They have been my cleaners since I was a small boy. I used to drive from Rancho Cucamonga to have them cleam my clothes after several cleaners in the IE area completely ruined my garments. I am glad I live in LA again to utilize their services again. Diane and her husband are two of the sweetest people ever. Very family oriented. Thank you for your continued service

Friendly and fast service! I came in to dry clean my girl friend’s dress so will update when I come to pick it up.

I have no complaints.
I needed the fresh dress shirt clean and price so I could be ready for a meeting I had scheduled for later in the day and would not be able to drive home and back to the meeting in time, so I dropped my shirt off at 7:30am and it was ready for pick up by 4pm.

I absolutely love this place! They still specialize in the ever-​increasing lost art of customer service.
The prices are affordable, and they still offer Saturday pressing and same-​day pick up. In some cases, you can have your items pressed and ready for pick up in an hour.
They do a great job with my suits and delicate materials.

There are a few people you need to know on a first name basis in your life besides family…1) your priest 2) your dentist/​doctor 3) your tailor 4) YOUR DRY CLEANER. This is one of those places where you walk in and they treat you like you’re family. Diana and her husband Young are truly good people. You come in and they remember you by your first name and truly take an interest in your life. I trust them with my clothes, and that isn’t easy for me to do. Their services are reasonably priced and fast… just voice your needs and Diana will take care of you. I’ve never had a problem, and all of my clothes have come out looking perfect. Also, if you’re familiar with most LA businesses, it’s definitely a + to have a private parking lot!

Prompt, inexpensive, friendly service and quality work.

I had been coming to this cleaners for over 18 years. Recently I fell off thinking I had found someplace better — NOT!!! The other place was ok for a while but not as good as what I was use to getting. Went back last weekend. It was pretty crowded but all Diane said was «Hi T», took my very large bag of clothes with a smile and told me they would be ready Tuesday. I didn’t even have to wait for them to go through it. All I can say is I AM SO GLAD I WENT BACK. My clothes all looked and felt brand new. Didn’t realize what was lacking at the other place but now I do. When I was putting my clothes away I noticed that Diane had replaced missing buttons, reinforced ones that needed it and repaired a rip in my son’s school uniform pants I didn’t even know he had. It was then I realized you can’t put a price on GREAT customer service and a feeling of being part of a family.
So glad I woke up and went back home to Diane and Jewell Cleaners!!!

Recanting from my previous review, this cleaners is one of the best. I’ve had some dresses altered and cleaned here. They came out fantastic! Service was quite top notch. Workers were friendly and helpful.

This is the only cleaners I have ever been to in L.A. My whole entire family goes to this cleaners! When we walk in the door its the kind of place where every body really does know your name. Its so serious that the other day I took some clothes in for my boyfriend, Diane, the owner, looked at them and said «Nicole, who’s close are these?» She knew they weren’t my dads clothes and she damn sure knew they weren’t mine! It was very funny.
As far as prices go I think they are along the lines of anybody else. The service is great, you can usually get your clothes back in a day. They also clean large items like bedspreads and what not. And I’m totally addicted to the smell of the dry cleaning fluid!
