I went in for a simple job — getting the webbing on chair replaced. They were friendly, very reasonably priced, and fast. Actually, they ended up charging me $ 10 less than the original quote.

I’ve had several things re-​upholstered here over the past 6 months and am very happy with the workmanship, prices, service and timing and they’re such nice people to work with!

We had the cushions, from our antique japanese chairs, reupholstered and/​or remade. From the very beginning of our experience, the staff at Jesse’s was professional and very pleasant. Tony was fantastic, took the time to answer all of our questions, gave some great information and input and was a pleasure to work with. We used Mohair for the cushions and Tony was 100% knowledgeable of mohair fabric and how to properly upholster with it. We were given a quote, which surprised us, as we thought it was going to be much more. We picked up the cushions the other day. AWESOME!!! The quality of work and the attention to detail are fantastic! We are very happy with the results we received and brought an Empire Chair to be refinished and reupholstered with leather. Everything has been very professional as far as our experience. Honest, timely and fairly priced. We will refer Tony at Jesse’s Upholstery to all of our friends.

I walked out of there really happy with my lovely new cushion. Three months later when I brought it back to be repaired, they didn’t stand behind their poor work. I’d say you get what you pay for but they weren’t cheap.
