Probably the best mini cheesecakes I’ve ever had (don’t tell momma). The salted caramel is to die for and I will definitely be serving platters of these little guys at many holiday parties to come. Keep up the good work!

I was fortunate enough to happen upon Jennifer Pennifer Bakes when Jennifer was sampling her wares. I was totally blown away by her delicious mini-​cheesecakes. Her salted caramel is delectable; white chocolate with Nutella divine; peanut butter cup scrumptious. In fact, I loved everything I tasted. However, for me, the show stopper was a savory cheesecake. Jennifer’s goat cheese and pesto mini cheesecakes are addictively delicious. I could have eaten a whole tray of these, and then would have wanted more. In a word, sublime.

These are the tastiest desserts I’ve had in a long, long time! Perfect size — especially for a party! The salted caramel are ridiculously delicious! Cannot do these justice in writing — totally recommend trying them!

I had these for the first time at a charity event and they were so great! I make sure I always get a bunch when I’m entertaining because the bite size is perfect for parties. Extra hats off to peanut butter cup and salted caramel — can’t wait to try the savory ones!
