Jasmine Flowers

I got married in October of 2011 and I’m still upset about my flowers. I went to them with my own bases and they worked with me to make me a beautiful sample. We worked everything out and set up the delivery. On my wedding day when I showed up and they had already delivered the flowers I cried! They were so ugly and it looked like a child had put them together. Plus they had filled them with babys breath which I absolutley detest and told them over and over not to use it. I immediately called them but of course they weren’t going to work with me at this point the wedding was starting in 2 hours. They were so rude and hung up on me. I tried calling back a couple days after to tell them how dissapointing all my flowers were and the right thing they should have done was given me some money back at least refund me the delivery fee but they could care less. DO NOT use this shop. And if you’re shopping in the flower district ONLY go with a shop that someone you know has used before and were happy with the results. Also, don’t do the delivery, find a way to pick them up because if you go and they are not to your liking at least they can fix them for you right then and there. DO NOT go here and don’t allow anyone you know to shop here. Spread the word.
