Always Delicious! And after I go here instead of McDonalds for lunch… I feel great. I get scoops of energy boosts and vitamins. They do have a lot of sugar, but still makes me feel energized. I don’t get a sugar letdown either…

And my friends smoothie came out super sour and she didn’t fill mine up all the way :/​also the consistency of the smoothies were … Super thick?

The juices and shakes are great, but all GMO and non organic, I would love to see them remove all of Monsanto frank seed fruits and veggies off the menu for good.
After getting some cleansing done 2 years ago and getting cured from my depression and addiction issues, I realized you are what you eat. If its not organic and non GMO it doesn’t belong in humans. I used to come here all the time, now im pretty upset I was duped in buying something that was bad for me. Please go 100% organic and non gmo or you will continue to loose customers.

Parking is definitely do-​able.
There is a specific structure in the back for customers.
considering how quick and efficient the employees are here, I’m usually in and out of there in no time, so I don’t end up paying anything.
Everyone is always upbeat and ready to take on any order or demand you have.
Most importantly, I have yet to try a bad smoothie or juice from here and I have to say I’m impressed.
Over all a great experience, and manager has great customer service skills and awesome personality.

This is my friend’s local Jamba Juice. The two times I have been here the parking was not an issue and the service is constant, which is great. It’s obviously a well done franchise, because their drinks are always made to taste. My favorite drink is Orange Dream Machine. It is basically orange juice and ice cream, so it is simple to make and they make it right every time unlike Starbucks. How they always make a Caramel Macchiato taste different at times blows my mind.

Overtime I come to LA so visit my boyfriend– I crave Jamba Juice. We went to the beach and walked around in the hot summer sun. And we were so thirsty. He said let’s get some Jamba Juice. He brought me here and I got the Acai. It was so refreshing and so good. Every time I get a drink, it never disappoints me. We enjoy it here. It tastes so fresh and so good especially when it’s hot outside. The price can be a little pricey, but I think it’s worth it.

Received an email to try the Almond Milk Smoothies. So excited until I went to this location. It took 10 minutes to take an order and counter person should not be in customer service. Not welcoming. She was interrupted from her break. So I ordered and 2 of the 3 smoothies are not available. Surprisingly she said it’s not available until I showed her the poster. She showed no empathy at all.
I suggest for anyone to skip this place. Go somewhere else where they appreciate the business.

Parked behind JJ, off Western – not sure if you can normally park there (we were really in and out). Plus, the parking poles were up, so we had the green light.
Manager chick had some sort of an attitude. Not pleasant. But this is a Jamba Juice, cannot expect much more. However, the other workers were all smiles, which I really appreciated. They made my large fresh squeezed orange juice just how I like it. And when my man got his Mango-​a-​go-​go, they even wiped it down. Employees for the win!
Cons: this location was somewhat slow + attitude from manager + there were way too many people in a small drinking/​waiting area (I like my personal space) + and the parking can be hectic in this neck of the woods.

I drove to Jamba Juice because I wanted to have a double shot of Wheat grass. They close at 9pm and I arrived at 8pm! When I ordered the gentleman at the register looked around as if he had bad news but didn’t want to be the one to deliver it. He turned to a lady who I’m thinking was possibly the manager!!! She said we don’t make them anymore!!! I could see wheat grass on the shelf so I asked her again what do you mean you don’t make them anymore because if that’s the case I need to find another spot that does! Then she finally admits that they had already cleaned up for closing and basically didn’t want to make it! Wow, what a way to conduct bizness… Extremely dissatisfied

Terrible terrible terrible service. Would not honor promotion coupons even though I called ahead to confirm if it could be used for a group order. Whomever I spoke with on the phone confirmed it but said the complete opposite in person… they lost a big group sale.

If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. The people are friendly, the service is quick, the prices are universal and the place is clean.
I would give it 5 stars but there was no bathroom and I ordered food that you eat and I wanted to wash first.
Overall it was a good experience and I would return again!

Very slow service with unprofessional bunch of slow collage kids working there. Never go there if you’re in a hurry. The place is a little sloppy. Floor is a little dirty. Not picture perfect. Definitely short on employees.
Combining what they offer with McDonald’s speed would be perfection.

The staff is always friendly.
Location and parking is very convenient.
They lose a star because they never seem to really fill the drinks to the top. Almost always about 90% of the cup or less.

I was going to have a staff meeting today and thought it would be nice to bring my staff some jamba juice. I arrived exactly at 6:55am so that I can be there when the stored opened. However, to my surprise it never opened. There was a staff member there and I asked them «Don’t you guys open at 7am»?”. That’s when the staff member told me that the manager was not there yet and that they were there since 6:00am. So I went to the coffee bean next door and provided my staff coffee instead. I hope that the staff that was there on time gets paid correctly and does not get penalized because the manager showed up late. I even called at 7:49am once I got to the office and still no answer.
On a brighter note, I used this example to show my managers what not to do and how one action can damage the image of a company. Now I know if I ever want to bring Jamba Juice to a meeting again not to go to this location.

Sign up for their rewards program and it’s instantly $ 3 off on your first visit. Then just punch in your phone number every visit to accumulate points. This sure beats carrying around a stamp card or download yet another app to the pantheon of rewards apps.
Jamba Juice has really improved over the years with better drink options and even some hot food. It definitely be a quick breakfast joint.
Parking lot entrance is on Western next to the T-​Mobile sign. Make sure you get validation from the staff!

A great jamba juice in the middle of Ktown!
Parkign is free in the parking lot next door just tell the guy you are there for jamba juice.
Avoid coming here when school lets out as the kids love this place.
Very bike friendly.
Also a great place to sit outside enjoy your drink and people watch.
