So tired of folks trying to work the system… ever since Jack In A Box put these SmartSoda Machines, every ghetto kid wants to ask for a «water» cup and pretend they are playing xBox as they hold up the line for paying customers as they steal soda.
They should do like Wendys and hide the machine behind the counter…

I just came here and ordered a chicken sandwich with pickles and this is what I got…2 soggy pickles and that’s when I noticed what looks like a bite mark missing from my chicken patty.

After grocery shopping at Food-​4-​Less we were very hungry there’s lots of good restaurants in Boyle Heights. I told my wife I have coupon for Jack in the Box, we decided to go to Jack’s in the Box because it was a short distance from Food-​4-​Less.
We use a coupon for 2 spicy chicken sandwich for 2 for $ 5 with the coupon that’s a good deal.

Awesome service. The people I’ve seen on the noon shift are some of the best I’ve dealt with in a fast food setting.
I can’t say the food is any better than other Jack in the Boxes. It is fast food after all. It’s good enough I keep coming back.
I like their iced coffees.

Just got some food from here last night after running on a empty stomach all day at work. I usually get the breakfast platter no matter what time it is day or night. But this time I decided to try the sourdough steak melt instead. (Still got my breakfast platter on the side :) Got my food and drove off then I noticed that my order was not complete the guy in the drive thru forgot my steak melt :(Drove back and they apologized plus got a free cheese cake. Overall they were cool and its life things happen.

This Jack in the Box is three blocks away from work. The service is always very efficient and they are always very happy and pleasant. The food is great! Sometimes I come here for lunch when I have to make a food run or if the usual spot I go to is closed for some reason. Sometimes I just need their amazing shakes. Mostly, I get their large Iced Tea with a lemon wedge and the spicy crispy chicken sandwich or the sourdough sandwich. I love their onion rings!!!

I’ve really tried to cut back on eating fast-​food, but since this Jack In the Box is around the corner from where I work I end up going through their drive-​thru every once in a while when I didn’t have time to pack my lunch for work.
Anyway, the food is okay and the customer service at the drive-​thru is really good. They always get my order right and they are always really friendly.
