Somewhere between duty and responsibility, the present manager of this venue has lost her way. Her respect and her duty to the customers. She has forgotten how to respect the customers who may inadvertently pass thru her castle of ill-repute. This paradise has the worst customer service in the last 20 years in the fast food genre. We were passing thru, so we decided to order three spicy chicken sandwiches; we got fish combos instead; we did not realize this until we got home; we drove 30 minutes back to this palace of Misery to give them a chance to fix this. The manager lied. She made her«tomar de pelo» and decided not to replace our sandwiches or to give us our money back. She was under the impression that we were lying to her about such distinguished combos that costs roughly 7 bucks a piece. I have reported her to the jack in Box headquarters. And I will be speaking to them again tomorrow or in the next few days. I would advise anyone who feels that they are being disrespected by any place or anyone that works in any field is to, File with the Corporate Office, and give your Unilocal voice Full Power. No one should get away with treating you and me like we are criminals when they are the ones who created the problem in the first place. The manager here named Olivia should be fired. She does not understand people. She does not know how to treat customers; nor, does she know how to be a professional Manager in customer service. therefore, how can she lead a team of workers to do an exemplary job that makes people respect Jack in the Box Workers when she has no morals, no empathy, no respect, or sense of fairness in her behavior, her demeanor, her attitude, in her words, and in her actions towards customer who come to her palace by need and not by choice. I give this castle the worst grade in all of California, F– for Service, F-for Conduct– F– for Failure to Understand, F for Behavior– F-for Management, F-for Professionalism. How sad. This has got to be the most worst and most embarrassing place to eat and to be treated like sh__t in California. Until they get new Management, this place will be the worst little castle aka«hole-in-the-wall«in Los Angeles and in all of California. It disgusts me. I won’t return. Someone needs to get fired or this disease will only get Worse. Fire the Manager. Train the staff in real customer service every week– a refresher course; and, the damn Manager also needs it even more. You are only wasting your money if you come here to be abused. How sad.

The girl who took my order forgot my fries, she was nice but how in the heck you forget fries!!! They also have a lot of crack heads people asking for change. This place is dangerous and unsafe. I will not be returning to this place ever

The cashier was nice. Had a lil trouble hearing him but he was cool. When I received my breakfast I had to request a fork, knife, butter, & syrup. Each individually. He sometimes had customers. During which I asked his co-worker to retrieve an item. She didn’t verbally respond to me nor even made eye contact. I wasn’t sure whether she heard me or not. I had to ask the cashier guy for it. He said she was probably getting it for me. Even when she returned with the requested item I said thank to which she responded with silence and just continued about her business. They could definitely use a lesson in customer Service. Ask if you want more details.

Gross, gross, and gross,…what have they done to the meat, burgers taste like crap now, and not only at this jack, i’ve noticed at a couple of others as well, as if they changed to a cheaper lower quality meat, which if that’s the case was a bad mistake, their food sucks now and i no longer partake. i was a regular before at least 2 – 3 times a week, not anymore, jack has lost at least this customer…

this is the geto-est jack in the crack ever i hate goin to lunch in the geto every fukn place has a goddam plexiglass in yr face motherfuker, not everyone is trying to rob the place treat ppl somewhat civilized. wtf??? either way, the food is alright, its jack in d box, wat can u expect. ive gotten to the point that the only thing i get from here is either a coke, natural cut fires or jalapeño poppers u r never let down by the poppers i dont know y or how, but they do em right. thank god for that at least. but still, i hate that drive thru plexi box that u gotta put money in first, and wait for hte staff to grab it after it closes u know what, its the same shit at all the banks, and all the other restaurants in this area i would b miserable living like this or working at a place like this.
