Having briefly lived in the area there were not many late night options. Jack in the Box became the go-to late night spot due to its hours. Never was a fan of the chain overall. But this location in general is just a major«wtf?!». Seriously… how many times will they screw up an order? It was pretty much routine for them. «No mayo» often translated to «extra mayo» here. «Cheese added» often translated to «no cheese but still charge you». Have had orders incorrect on a small scale to having received entirely wrong order altogether only to wonder which customer actually got mine. Seems many employees have language barriers. Have called the location a few times to reach a rude person denying the order was wrong. Well guess what! We know what we ordered and this clearly is not it… no matter how patient or descriptive we were it was often met with a rude«too bad!» Sort of attitude. Doesn’t matter if you gave us more food than we ordered… it is still the WRONG order! Fix it please! The place itself is okay in cleanliness inside. It is often understaffed and results in longer wait times as many that are working rather talk to each other behind the counter than help customers. The outside could use some work. Seems a lot of homeless people make camp inside and outside of the place. The bathrooms have been flat out disgusting on many visits. Overall corporate needs to take some effort in pushing this location up to speed.

No longer my favorite spot. The last two times I’ve come, the guy at the window with some sort of speech impediment has been completely rude. This time when he was repeating my order back, there was a lot of noise is the microphone so I didn’t hear anything he said and nothing was coming up on the screen to verify what he was saying. I said, «I’m sorry, I didn’t hear anything you just said,» and he said something real quick, could not have been my whole order. So I said, «I still didn’t hear what you said,» and he comes back with, «I said is that all?» How can that be all when I’ve already told him, twice now, that I didn’t hear what he said? I just said I thought so and he said, «Pull forward.» Even once I got to the window, I had him repeat my order so I knew it was correct and he acted like I was asking him to go out of his way. Completely rude. If this was the first time dealing with the same rude employee, I may have gone back — nope, will gladly drive the extra few miles to the other location closer to the 405!

Usually I love Jack In the Box… this time, the food was cold. the cheese was and the food was cold and tasted like cardboard. I always eat in the car and told them easy ice. The soda was full of ice. There were no napkins. The only reason I even gave three stars was because I usually do get good food there.

First off, let me tell you this place is amazing. I thought this was just going to be your run of the mill fast food hamburger joint, but I was pleasantly surprised. I saw one of their commercials on tv and finally decided to try it, best decision ever. My only complaint is that they gave me way too many hot sauce packets. I ordered a burger and a taco and they gave me at least 20 packets. While I was sitting down, they actually asked if I needed even more hot sauce packets. It’s like they get paid more if they can peddle hot sauce packets to unsuspecting customers.

Its a good fast food place but when you ask for condiments they give you like 2 for 5 sandwiches. Its like it come out of their paycheck. One more thing the workers there are friendly.

This place is disgusting. They never clean the tables and the food is lukewarm. Damn you jack! We are Americans. This is not south east Asia. Fix your life!!!

This is my favorite fast food restaurant. They have so much variety that whenever my husband and I come here, we always have a hard time deciding what to order, so we share. Here are our favorites… Great egg rolls, better than most Chinese restaurants. I love the ultimate cheese burger. I love the curly fries. Good onion rings. All of their chicken sandwiches are good. One time we ordered 10 tacos, 2 orders of egg rolls, ultimate cheese burgers and a curly fries. And, no, their food has not cause any indigestion for us yet. And we come here about twice a month. 20 years ago, I use to go to Jack in the Box 3 times a week! Since I’m older now, I know their food is not all that healthy. But that’s why it taste so good, it’s greasy.

My absolute favorite Jack in the Box location!!! I live near by and between my roommates and I, we go here often — at least once a week, at all hours of the night — I mean ALL hours — and every single employee we have ever encountered is extremely kind, helpful, and professional. There was even one occasion where the young lady helping us at 3AM was working her second job of the day, but still managed to have a great attitude and positive outlook on her work. These people are beyond nice and I love seeing their smiling faces every time I go in! The managers are also extremely cheerful and are clearly managing their employees successfully :)

What can I say when you’re hungry you’re hungry. There’s an Arby’s just down the block though. Food for thought. Maybe you’ve had to much to drink and you need something anything to soak it up. Maybe you prefer your car to the Dennys and Norms within walking distance. Shazam.

The employees are friendly and although the some of the girls look hood, they are pretty nice. I usually do drive-thru at this location as opposed to eating inside, but that’s because I normally go during my lunch hour only. I’ve eaten inside about 3 or 4 times. The place is clean even considering there are sometimes rowdy teenagers. I love the chicken sandwich and mini funnel cake! Yum!

i LOVE this JITB location! Mary the manager always smiles and goes out of her way to help me when I come in — plus, say what you will about employee cutbacks, but the self-order system makes me very happy. when i do drive-thru, the service is always excellent, speedy(for a JITB), and they always are polite and some of them even remember me from time to time. That said, they make the BESTHEARTYBOWLCOMBO in all of LA(trust me i’ve been to most JITB’s). You’ve got a fan for life in me. Rock!

It’s like every other Jack in the Box drive thru I’ve been to, but slower. I swear that about eight minutes passed before I even moved forward one car length. Ever wait so long in line that you actually look around to see if you can escape the line and take off, abandoning your order? Yup, that slow.

This is my local Jack In The Box. It’s where I go to get, what I like to call, my horsemeat tacos. I seriously would scarf down at least 6 or 8 of those tacos. Mind you — the tacos wouldn’t be fully loaded. But they were deep fried goodness. But those days are long gone, and I can fit into much smaller clothing now. I haven’t been to this place in about 2 years. Sure, the pumpkin pie shake IS really good — but the holidays overall are just bad bad bad, nightmare-ishly bad on the figure. I’ve scaled down the degree of the bad food by at least a few notches. I mean, you know what you’re in for when coming here — fatty food and wicked heartburn. Matzo Mile — lol @ Dawson — that pretty much sums up the neighborhood here.

Pumpkin Pie Shake, Jack’s Spicy Chicken with cheese and a 24⁄7 ghetto lock down drive-through window in the middle of the Matzo Mile… that’s what I call a couple thousand calorie party! Give or take 70g fat. Who needs booze? Let the emotional eating commence!
