Worst jack in the box ever you wait to long inside waiting on your food and they get the orders all wrong make you wait about 10 to 20 minutes for your order seems like they focus more on the drive-​thru asked for certain condiments and were told they were out then you you say something no I’m sorry nothing they look at you like you are in the wrong once again just so your review can be seen you have to give a star which they don’t deserve

The most horrible service. Drive through sucks specifically late nights. Cashier sucks and was rude af. Number on the Unilocal isn’t even the correct number. This store needs to shut down already. It didn’t even deserve the star that I had to give in order to post this review.

Surely the sorriest Jack’s I’ve been to. I saw about 20 pre-​made tacos sitting under the heat lamp. from which my 2 were taken. Needless to say, they were dry and barely lukewarm. I also ordered onion rings. Although they were made to order, they were overcooked, dry, and tasted old. Also, when they gave me my order, I asked for extra taco sauce packets. The lady told me they were in the bag. Upon arriving at my destination with my lunch, I found no taco sauce in the bag, also no napkin.

Friendly service, convenient location for Keck employees and medical students.

What can i say, Jack is Jack. Cheap fast food that is way to bad for you’re health but we still come by the dozens. The food is pretty good & cheap. My favorite is the chicken sandwich with no mayo. Its only a buck. The churros are soooo yummy. Again cheap in price. I guess if you’re broke, then Jack is the place to go :) The people who work here are nice & friendly.

Ironically I like this Jack in the box, since its in an interesting location — across the street from LA Coroner’s office, USC Medical Center/​Hospital, CBS studios (one of their locations), near historic Lincoln Park, w/​that said… you always get to see some interest characters walking thru there… we were at the drive-​thru giving our order & a guy in a wheel chair, a patient from the hospital obviously, was asking us for change, he looked like he just wheeled himself out w/​out being noticed… lol I guess he just didn’t want free hospital food…(well someones paying for it) yeah you see alot of patients in wheel chairs, in their hospital gown, those see thru papered looking booties on their feet, and sadly in some cases (this makes me lose my appetite) their urine bags… As for Jacks, the service is always fast, they get it right most of the time…& if anything, go for the show of the nearby stragglers, besides patients you get a few crackheads now & then too.

My favorite Jack In The Box.
I grew up on the east coast and we didn’t have Jack In The Box. I wasn’t used to eating it, so I didn’t think to go there.
My friend lives near this Jack In The Box and he used to rave about some burger (I forget which one it was). Anyway, he was at my house and he wanted Jack In The Box so we went to the closest one. He got the burger he always gets and I just got the same as him. As I was eating it, I told him «I don’t like it.» He agreed and said the burger was not good but I had to try the Jack In The Box near his house.
I was skeptical but the next time I was visiting him, we went and ordered the same burger at this location and it was great!
I’m not sure why but I’ve always had good service and good food at this location. Everyone is always polite and friendly. When I’m in the mood for Jack In The Box, I go out of my way to visit this one.
Thanks guys & girls for making this location a pleasure for me. I’ve been eating here for 6 or 7 years and never had a problem and always had good food.

Quick bite– jumbo jack was dry but tasted good. Don’t fall for .99 tacos, stale and deep friedd??? Why?
