We swung by here on the way to the gym as I hadn’t eaten all day. The last time I ate at Jack in the Box was awhile ago and I remember eating off their breakfast menu often during college. It always gave me an upset stomach, but damn, were those breakfast burritos tasty. We got our food quickly and I think from start to finish, we were at the drive-thru for 5-minutes at most. Both the Spicy Chicken and Croissant Sandwich(breakfast menu available all day) were good, but tasted a little too processed. I didn’t expect anything less though, because this IS fast food.

Been coming to this jack in the box since i was really young. Compared to all the other jack in the boxes ive been to I say this one delivers better quality food for sure. Ive came here in all different types of hours, from early morning, mid afternoon, late night, and even near dawn and ive always been satisfied with my order.

I found them again! Little Plastic pcs. In there Sausage Patty’s ! I looked at it and it was plastic! I tried to see if it would cut in half with my nail and it went flying. I have bitten into hard plastic every time I go there! One day I will show them and get very angry! This is gross and they should be sued :)’

I remember rolling up in the early AM after a long night of drinking to order 202 taco deals with the girls and going back to enjoy them to a movie until we all passed out!

The original premium roast iced coffee is crack juice. Give it to me by the gallon already! Churros laced with cinnamon sugar is the blue meth of all fast food snacks. Premium stuff right there, yo. The«2 free tacos for a survey» deal? Nah, not unless you want cat food.

–1 star for every time I asked to have ONE cream and ONE sugar placed inside my coffee. I would come to this location to get my morning fix because the lines are short and fast but I have never received an order that was accurate. I always end up pulling to the side just to fix up my coffee OR i recieve the wrong sandwich! I understand it’s a small thing to give a bad review on. I would just assume fast food restraunt employees would take into consideration that their customers need things fast… which means not wasting time by pulling over each visit to put in some creamer despite me kindly asking and apologizing in advance. Aggravating. NEVERAGAIN

I’ve had many EXTREME up and downs with this location. I’ll just start by naming a few Pros: –The line moves fairly quickly even during peek hours –Our food is prepared lightning fast. I’m not sure if this is a good thing-but it is when I have a hungry hippo bf –It seems as if they hire new employees by the week. Some are so inexperienced, they give us more food than we asked for LOL –The employees ONCE gave my bf food and didn’t charge him. He actually drove off and ate the food like a happy little kid –open 24 hours! Cons: –The burgers are sometimes prepared sloppily. It looks and tastes like we paid $ 4 for a value menu item –__– –A worker once back talked us! It was late at night, he couldn’t hear us speaking and SNAPPED at us. We were SOOO offended, I actually backed out of the driveway. After what he said, I didn’t want to order because I’m sure he would’ve tampered with our food Nonetheless, this place always satisfies our late night munchies. Whether it’s the 7 piece jalapenos poppers, their new munchie box meal with the hella-peno burger, mini churros or dessert. I always satisfy my cravings0 although I feel like pooo after for eating all that junk hahah

Needed a late night snack. This Jack is open 24 hours. Tried the drive thru. Quick and efficient. No line, plenty of parking if you eat here. Got my 5 piece chicken nuggets and I am out. Hits the spot as a snack. Shared the strip mall with 24hour CVS. Sometimes might have a few undisireables hanging around. Be vigilant.

This jack could be one of the best if some how the homeless people would just disappear, I’ve had multiple bad experiences where it was cause by homeless people. I don’t hate the homeless but for some strange reason they all flock towards this jack and the cvs next door. Also no one comes to put a stop to it. Personally I just go through the drive through since they’re nice and 99% on point when it comes to my food.

I frequent this Jack in the Box so much that they know who I am when I order through the drive-thru. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing but they’re nice so I know they’re not tampering with my food: p My only complaint is they’re a little stingy at times and the portions are not consistent.

The food/service gets four stars, the environment gets a firm one star. We used to go here a lot more but this location is a bum magnet for some reason. There’s the usual bum who comes in and digs through the trash to get a drink cup to fill up and there’s one who who will post at the drive-thru order window(really unnerving) and then there’s quite an assortment of random vagabonds who wander around the premises and guard the doors. Yesterday we went here for the first time in forever, food was on point, but the surly, intoxicated(on something?) homeless man spewing extremely loud, offensive jibberish around small children and eyeing the high school girls inside really ruined the ambiance. The crew who works here is great, they’ve never screwed up an order of ours and we basically lived here(not in the homeless way) when we first moved to the city from across the country. Now we are back on the healthy track and don’t go here much, but it’s good for a quick fix, but I recommend the drive-thru. The sweet gals who work here obviously aren’t going to leave the counter to tell an aggressive, hostile bum to shoo and they shouldn’t. We’ve tried calling the cops when there was a super-sketchy bum harassing customers, but nothing happened/no one showed up. I don’t know why this location has to be like this. It would otherwise be an excellent spot to grab some decent fast food. These bums are for the most part NOT the low-key variety though, they just flock here and it’s BAD. They make the whole experience very uncomfortable. I’ll also add that I’m from Atlanta and have a very high tolerance for the homeless population… however, I will never be okay with creeps coming in acting like they run the place and loitering at a table, leering at customers and making the whole situation vastly unpleasant.

I used the kiosk to order for the first time and I think it’s a good idea. If you use ATMs and pump your own gas, you can order your own burger the way you want it. The payoff is skipping the line to order at the counter. You get your order faster and it is accurate as long as you pushed the right buttons.

4 stars, just cause this was my childhood near by food joint, it sucks when it gets crowded with the homeless, aggressive homeless people

Went to the counter for lunch. Had a large, complicated order. The young woman was very nice and got the order spot on. She even thanked me for giving her several small bills instead of large one… guess they were short on change. Experience was very nice… as opposed to the visit I had to a Burger King a few blocks away… last week. Now that was the worst experience ever. The Jack in the Box is always clean and the parking is good. I would advise everyone to give it a try… among the best fast food places I have ever tried

I would not even give it a star! The employee Lucero stole my phone completely denied she even ever saw it when it was impossible for her not to! I lost all my sons pictures to this thief which were priceless! The«person in charge» was completely rude and unprofessional about the whole situation!

Sorry, I’d given more stars, except I’ve been here hundreds of times during lunch from work, & must say thats probably the worst time ever… expect there to be a ton of kids from the High School down the street if you decide you want to go inside, w/that said the drive thru experience is always hit or miss, where this restaurant is located is horrific during the lunch rush, because its in front of CVS, two entrances on both sides & the added bonus of people backing out from CVS, why do they not think it will get awfully crowded fast or cause an accident w/lots of impatient people that work nearby(yes I’m one of them, but I usually try to get there before the kids get out@noon or after 1pm… otherwise don’t expect it to be smooth sailing…& lets not forget a note that there are panhandlers & some crackheads that frequent outside asking for money all the time(no matter what time/day or night)…& now the employees here deserve more stars, they are busting their rumps trying to get it right, and they do most of the time, but sometimes it can’t always happen, & I truly understand its extremely busy, its the only Jack and the Box centrally located Downtown, unless you want to go to Westlake, Echo Park or near the Fashion District/USC area, so alot traffic there, all in all, if you love Jack’s then thats all that matters, just plan ahead when you come to this one…

This is for the Drive-Thru part of the restaurant and not for the dine in experience, i am sure it is great inside, but then again, all Jack in the Box’s are the same inside, from very clean and vacuumed to oh wow, did a lunch/dinner crowd just leave? I like this one spot because is on my way to work and on my way home, so if i am in the mood for some breakfast or lunch or just a dab of dessert, this is the place for me, i enjoy the Oreo Cookie Shake soo much, yes two more O’s…It is good. I would have to say i like breakfast at the golden arches more then this place, but change on some days is always good. Dig It!

HANGINTHERE, JACK! Thank you for getting run over by a bus, or whatever your marketing department cooked up. I think it’s just a ploy to phase out the Jack character and run cheaper commercials going forward, or see how emotional America will get over a fictional character. Anyway, the lady behind the counter didn’t give T or me any crap for trading a coupon for a free Medium Seasoned Curly Fries, a $ 2.05 value. There wasn’t any line at 7pm either! The only thing is that she didn’t give us any buttermilk sauce for the fries. I took it home, opened the fridge and found that LKK sweet chili sauce makes a fine substitute. Anyway, thanks for the curly fries, Jack. (for those who don’t watch commercials or is living under a rock, visit ) — — - I went back at 11:45pm through the drive-thru. I could have sworn it was the same lady. She was still nice to me. This time, she asked if i wanted ketchup but I asked if i could get the buttermilk. got it. YAY. Jack, hope you give away Oreo shakes or burgers next time.
