The management and tenants are all nice here. They respond quickly to any concerns you have regarding your unit. Everyone is very friendly. The area is a perfect location because there is Starbucks, Banks & grocery stores near by(walking distance). On Sunday there is a farmers market down the street. So it’s a prime location. Many people I’ve met in the building have lived here for years so there isn’t a high turnover rate of tenants.

this is somewhat long but i do get to the point :-) i put a holding deposit down on an apartment. i wrote out the check to ivar norton llc. waited a couple of days, then called the manager. i called 6 times without anyone returning my calls or answering the phone. it smelled like a scam, i wanted my money back, got a bad feeling. the manager started to give me the run around. i found another number through kb properties which is a branch of ivar/norton. called them multiple times & got the run around,“oh we’ll call you back”, then«blahblahblah is busy, just leave your name & number». eventually had a real conversation & the woman there said«ivar/norton llc?1817 ivar? we don’t manage that property!». basically trying to make me look crazy. i told her how ivar & kb had offices in the same building, owned by lonnie brill, how could she not know. she still played dumb. i ended up finally talking to the manager of 1817 ivar(after calling him at least 20 times) & was told both ivar norton llc & kb properties are owned by lonnie brill. i still have yet to see my $ 900& the man never moved out of the apartment i was supposed to rent. the moral of the story: don’t give your money to these crooks
