So, I’ve gained some tub around my hub over the past view years, and I’ve never had much in the way of ‘upper body strength’. I’m currently 60 days into this new trainer Casey and I’m really seeing my body change. It is way harder then I thought. And I hate hate hate hate hate working out. But I have Casey holding me accountable for my appointments, and he’s pushing me further then I ever would myself. People are starting to tell me they see the difference in my look. That I’m losing weight. That is so cool. But I still hate working out! At least Casey is pretty funny, in a goofy sort of way. I think after my 3 months are up I’m going to renew for more sessions.

After my second pregnancy and c-section I never thought I would loose my «tire around my belly» fat untill I met Casey. I have been seeing Casey for 4 months now and I look better than I did the day of my wedding. Thanks to him I am thinner, leaner, stronger and more flexible. I can’t speak enough about how wonderful its been. I spent less time at the gym but got better results.

It’s been some time working out with Casey now and i feel in much better shape. I don’t get tired like before. This summer we have been doing outdoors sessions or bootcamps which are just great. Plyometrics is definitely the way to go.

When I met Casey, I was over my goal weight, but the last 10 pounds would just not come off. I was also very out of shape and in pain from fibromyalgia, which caused constant muscle spasms. Casey worked with me, concentrating on corrective exercises and helping me to build strength and endurance. He helped me get my body into the best condition I’ve seen in years! Not only did I shed those stubborn 10 bounds, but I shed fat, gained muscle and was able to relieve a lot of pain. I never got tired of working out with Casey because he made sure every day was new, different and exciting, with the right blend of core training, muscle confusion, plyometrics and endurance building workouts. Hands down, he got me into the best shape of my life!
