they have done an execellent job in the rebuild! Amazing, great food quality, although the wait time could be a tad crazy in dinner rush but its worth the wait! great staff, great customer service and the consistency in the food makes this place my favorite IN n OUT.

I love in & out. I always order the #2/​with animal style fries. This is really the only burger place I would eat at since the food is very fresh. The only thing I dislike about the place is the parking, and drive through. It’s a big difficult to get in and park since the line starts were the drive through does, so that can be a pain.

I just find it annoying when your eating and the workers come over and sweep under your table. I get it you’re trying to be clean, but I’m eating, so get away from me with your nasty broom and dust pan. Wait till I leave to sweep the table.

This place is everything you’d want from any in-​n-​out burger! This place was redesigned recently (it really needed it) and now it’s awesome! I know it’s only fast food, but some fast food places are pretty nasty. Inside and out, this place is clean, and gives great service that is quick. Only complaint is that the dining hall is smaller than it looks… It’s still the standard size for in-​n-​out, but this one looks really big from the outside.

I would have giving In-​n-​Out 5 stars but due to the lack of Vanessa at the register and looking miserable doing her job, being at the front she can at least smile. Did not greet myself or any of the other customers coming before they placed their order with her. She doesn’t even make eye contact, and she’s quick to take orders. Please smile Vanessa it goes a long way. I did notice there’s two Vanessa’s working here, the other one brings out the food not to be confused with the cashier.
The place is kept nice and clean, as busy as this place is due to the renovation everything seems to be running smoothly by the employees who seem to enjoy their job unlike Vanessa the cashier.

Worst experience ever I placed a huge order was very specific as I needed them all bad because I was dropping off at three different locations and I get handed two boxes with all my food and a few bags on the side and told package them myself I asked to speak to the manager the manager said sorry we don’t do that not during the lunch rush hour. Therefore I had to touch everyone’s burgers everyone’s fries bag them on the side of the road then drop them off not happy every time I go to Porter Ranch they been able to do this I don’t understand why San Fernando can’t

My family came here for our late lunch before going to orange county area. It wasn’t super pack when that we were able to get a table even though it was around 4 or 5 pm in the afternoon. We each order the the double double combo meal. It get a little more busy while we were for our food. My brother and i didnt expect to our food within 15 or less since there’re always a crowd and long wait for food at in-​n-​out. Its always enjoyable eating their food

They have changed their service since I was here last. Maybe it was due to being their first opening days that their service was crappy.
I must say it is now much much better! There is still a long line but it just shows how many people are in this branch at any given time.
As for the food quality, it is as superb as ever. The last time I was here I was choosing between grilled onion and raw onion. By standard their grilled onion is usually chopped grilled onion. The person taking my order asked me if I want full grilled onion instead. She said it is in their secret menu. That is a big plus for me that she offered it as a solution to my indecisiveness. I would commend her if I can remember her name.
Great going In-​n-​Out in Mission Hills/​San Fernando! A well deserved 5 stars!

SLOW SERVICE!!! I always wait like 30 min for 2 burgers the entrance for parking lot is terrible and for drive thru worst there are like 25 people waiting and there hasn’t been any numbers being called out

I don’t go to fast food, drive-​through burger joints any more. This is not any regular drive-​through though. Great value, simple menu with superb service.
I order a cheese burger with grilled onions and no special sauce, I get it on the side so it stays fresh and crispy when I get home. I suggest that you try it out. You can also control the amount you like to have on it. I use to not get the fries because it used to be to thin and soggy at this place, but that has changed. Now they are a must. And if you think they lack flavor, add some salt.
For the price these burgers are unbeatable

Any «In and Out» you go to, no matter what; your bound to wait whether it’s inside or in the drive-​thru.
But let me tell you, these guys have gotten fast and the new place looks beautiful ! A much needed renovation well done ! The service is great. Line moves pretty fast and not to mention the horrible traffics situation just to get into the place on Lankershim is no longer there. Awesome job guys !

It’s just ok. Same as any in and out. Lines long parking out to the street I guess I always go rush during rush hour. Giving only 3 cause of the long wait but again its probably just the time time of day I always go.

In-​N-​Out never fails. This location seemed to have been remodeled to allow for more traffic, however, I think that the way it’s set up now is actually bringing in more traffic. In-​N-​Out will always be worth the wait for me.
I tried In-​N-​Out for the first time this year… I’m 25, and I’m hooked. I noticed that now that school is back in session it’s a lot less crowded, so that’s a plus.
I always figure, if there’s a line it must be good. I’ve never been somewhere without a line that’s left a lasting impression on me. Anyone else?

I was told, I «just have to go» here. Well, I’m not impressed. I got a burger, fries (I didn’t initially order them, but the clerk said I really should. Good marketing, bad product), and a Vanilla shake.
Bland, unremarkable. Tomato on burger mostly white, indicating frozen, despite the sign that says: Always Fresh!
This was a dud — I don’t see going back.

New location is so nice. It’s really a big difference when compared to the old location that was here. Drive thru lines haven’t changed tho lol but the parking is huge there’s plenty of parking. There’s finally a new lane on the street were one can turn into the restaurant. Food is amazing burgers are so yummy. Inside the restaurant there’s plenty of seating and the tables are clean and restrooms that’s a must lol

It’s Back!!!
Okay, well its remodeled. So this place Finally got a facelift, because boy did it sure need it. Let me lay it out for you, the parking and the drive thru lane are finally separate! There is parking to dine-​in, yes I said dine-​in, as this is part of the new remodel (the old one only had outside seating). With the line being separate from the parking area, I did notice it was Slightly less congested, but this is in-​n-​out so who am I kidding, the outside eating area is shaded, and the dine-​in area looks big enough to have 50 people max. Good job In-​N-​Out with the remodel!
P. s. The line is still crazy busy, sorry but there’s just no getting around it, but food and service is for sure worth it!

So the new façade is up and yes it looks like all the other indoor in and outs but that’s not the point, this is new to this community so I expect this to always packed, as usual. Turn around time is about average, looks like twice the workforce as well. Can’t go wrong here except for hell parking

Wow!!! It’s finally open!!! We were the 18th order and it was so good… Maybe partly cause we missed it and partly cause it was so juicy! The inside is nicely laid out and decent, the outside has less than the original but the parking & drive thru is way better!!! Live your life Animal Style!!!
