Been coming here a couple of months and I’m finally fed up with the damn wait times of this place. When the drive through is jammed pack and I see no one in line in-store, I run in. knowing damn well that a burger and fries shouldn’t take 15 – 20 minutes to make. But lo and behold! Every. Single. Time. It does. Now I could’ve let myself bask in the ignorance of wait-times, but i just had to ask the very sweet girl up front(no sarcasm, she was sweet) why the drive-through was served so much faster. She informed me that the drive-through has 30-seconds to get in and out! WTF? What is the #%*#ing point of coming in then? Get your $&@% together, please. Now I’m just pissed that I’ve been wasting my damn time. I’d give this place one star if it didnt have good burgers.

Damn straight I went here! First stop in CA and worth it too! This was right across the street from the hotel, so I was happy! Super friendly staff, not too bad of a wait, and everything was PERFECT! Such a good burger, food fries, good portions, and YUM!

Honestly one of the best In N Outs around. Iv been going there for a very long time and the food just tastes better than any other in n out. The people are real cool and it’s a great place to enjoy a great burger!!!

Our first order of business when we arrived to California! Being an east coast girl through and through we have only heard about In-N-out from the people who have visited the west and shared their experiences. Desperate to finally try it for myself I have to say it wasn’t bad. It’s nice to be able to say that I’ve had an in-n-out burger. Now, Would I rave about the deliciousness? Nope. it was pretty much a standard burger so the«best burger I’ve ever had» award still belongs to Shake Shack — like I said, I’m an east coast girl through and through.

Ate here in December. Incredible. Had my usual 3X3, plain. Done perfectly and every bite delicious. The place was clean, the staff was pro — I lived in LA for 12 years before moving to Japan in 1996, and one of the best thing about a visit home is my stop at In-N-Out. Score easy 10 out of 10.

Burger taste disgusting, the bread wasn’t firm. It was shredding, I can’t even explain it. I’ve never had this problem at other location. An employee reached over to grab something and almost touch my burger with his apron. Never going back to this locations. Fries were so salty and the cheese on my animal style fries was cold and not melted. I’ve never felt the need to give a bad review but they need to be more careful.

What is not to love out about In-N-Out Burger. This was a decent location but the parking was kind of a nightmare. They had an outdoor seating area and it was 71 at 8 pm but my whimpy family transplants wanted to sit inside. I like the burger and the sauces — they cook it well and to order. The fries are pretty good but I have had better(sorry). I always beg to be taken here at least once when I come to visit from Massachusetts.

Excellent food although the parking can be challenging. Located in a highly populated area, this venue does it’s best to ensure customer satisfaction. My children enjoyed their dining experience as did I. I went«animal style» with the burger and fries. It was perfect!

In and out that’s what hamburgers are all about… very true statement. I love coming to this in and out because it’s close to my house the line isn’t too long and it’s always fresh. But all in and outs are God sent

I’m an In-N-Out fan. I’ve been going to In-N-Out since I was a wee little Dom, back when they would hand out the little puzzles for kids to play with. I had to hold this In-N-Out to the same consistent standards I always have. Wait-wise, this is a very busy location. They seem to do their best to move things along, and if you’re going through the drive-through, they’ll send out order-takers. It is almost always packed at night time, especially on weekends. Their service has always been friendly at this location, so no quams there. Downside, my fries are often soggy. Whether I’m eating in, or driving through and leaving the bag open. Soggy fries make me sad unless they’re under a blanket of chili cheese. I have had an incorrect order more times at this location, than any other… primarily with the burgers… not sure what the deal is. That aside, if you’re itching for In-N-Out, this location will likely get it done.

I got my usual… the #2 and added cheese to the fries… went a little crazy tonight! The bun was the perfect amount of toasty, the party was a medium pink, and it tasted great just as the famed in-n-out burger should! I was lucky to find a parking spot immediately upon driving in… the line for the drive through was long but that’s expected for this chain. I always try and eat inside because I like my fries piping hot, which they were. Pass the peppered ketchup please!

In N Out never disappoints. Simple, clean, crisp. Even without a veggie pattie, the grilled cheese delivers a solid combo of flavor. When I’m craving fast food, this is my go to. Got that fast food feel without the greasy aftermath.

Nice place, they give big portion on their fries. Burgers were decent but has plain taste. No uniqueness, just plain burger. The two beef patties and two cheese was working but the portion is small, cant they make this one a little larger? The spread was also not on the bottom, they thought that customers wouldn’t notice that huh.

Absolutely amazing customer service for a fast food chain. So much to the point I had to go online to mention. The nicest employees I have ever seen at a fast food level establishment. This stands out, as with fast food spots, you get the bottom of the barrel customers for the most part. To still be able to keep that smile? Incredible.

What can I say? They make a good burger. I don’t get all of the hype, nor all of the long lines. There are probably a half dozen or more places that make a burger just as good in LA. There French fries seem to be very polarizing. Personally I do not care for them, but a lot of people love them. If you have not tried them, here’s the run down. They are freshly cut(Bonus), but they are fairly bland. They desperately cry out for cheese, bacon, animal style… anything! I cannot give In and Out anything less than 4 stars. And if you are an East Coast guy like me, and you go out West, you HAVE to try one to see what all of the fuss is about for yourself. One other very important tip, this place is called In and Out for more reasons than one. Make sure there is a toilet close by for the next hour after eating here. I am not lying, and many of the people I was with experienced this same phenomenon at two different locations.

I love In N Out burger. This is the only chain restaurant I give 5 stars. Price is right for the old fashioned burger, fresh fries and milkshake. Service is always fast and efficient. And they’re always busy and there’s no empty seats. You have to be aggressive to get some seats otherwise you get to eat in your car. I appreciate places that are simply, fast, good food, and consistent like this.

Never been dissapointed by this place before until tonight. Burger was topped off with paper napkins and fries were oversalted. At least the service made up for it i guess because we got our food quickly but wasn’t as enjoyable as i would have liked it to be. I understand its fast food but quality should come before quantity always.

Every single one seems the same. Speedy service, consistent quality, friendly staff. I’m a fan. I don’t get it often, but when I do. I’m always happy! I did however learn what a «home run» is, and boy do they not like that! Double Double animal style, fries. Under $ 6 and better quality than all other fast food!

Came through the drive through and the line was pretty long. An employee ended up coking outside to take orders on the mobile computer to speed up the line which worked wonders as we were in and out pretty fast. The food speaks for itself and the employees are always friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

I still don’t get the big deal about In-N-Out and this experience was no different. Friends from California told us(in Texas) that you have to have In-N-Out in California because it’s better/different. Still bland to us. The burger is fine but the fries are OHSOBLAND.

Came here for lunch at around 11:15, seemingly just before the lunch rush(got the last open table). It was our first time at an In-N-Out and it was a good experience. Burgers were good, although a tad on the thin side. Five Guys may be slightly better, but In-N-Out cost less. The location was good/clean/fast. Employees were friendly. Parking does seem a bit limited so it may be best to go during non-peak times.

Every southern Californian knows the deal with this hamburger chain. Long lines inside the lobby and longer lines if you chose the drive thru. I know what to expect from my burger and I haven’t been disappointed since the first time I tried a double double. This location was just like the rest but they accidentally gave me an extra beef patty in my burger. I asked for a 3×2 and received a 4×4. This type of mistake is the only kind I will accept. Fries were crisp yet I can’t wait until they make the order bigger. Other than those two little hiccups, my visit was consistent with all the rest.

Line is always long especially for drive-thru but you cannot go wrong with In-N-Out. I’m sure everyone is aware of their«secrete menu» I always order a #2(which is a cheese burger) w/raw onions and animal style fries. Some times I get the burger protein style which means lettuce instead of buns. Overall, the wait & parking is not the best. I suggest parking on the lot next door and just walking over. Xo, Naomi

The place is super busy and the drive-thru line is mad crazy long(like always). The location is right off a busy street. Parking sucks. The burgers and animal fries were just okay and nothing really remarkable equal to its popularity. What’s worse is having to wait for a long time(at least 12 minutes!) for our order to be ready to go when we decided to go inside and skip the drive-thru line.
