In and Out Carpet Cleaning is the best carpet cleaning company in LA. When I called them I was very happy with all my quetions that where being answered. The dispatcher took her time to explain to me what could be done. and what process they did. I liked what I heard, and I had them come out right away. I was pleased that I got a 10 minute call before arrival time. Which gave me time to do any last things I had to do. the tech finally arrived he was nice and asked me where he had to go, I showed him and he measured all the rooms and did a couple of pre test to show me what my carpet could look like, I told him deep cleaning and he gave me my price before starting the work. I like that very much. He finally finished and when I inspected every room I loved how they were looking he said 3 – 4 hours from then they would dry and thats exactly what happened. I liked this company very much. they are a very professional company here in LA. I will be using them again for sure. thank you, you guys are the best
