The facility is horrible, they are claiming that they are Dementia care, but don’t know anything about Dementia, they just send residents to psychiatric care very quickly, because they are not willing to deal with any behavioral issues.

This place isn’t the most ideal situation you’d like to see your father in, but the staff completely make a sad and emotional situation a little less heavy. I am grateful for the kind, genuinely caring nurses who treat my father like he’s a family member. The staff is absolutely wonderful, leaving my mind at peace that my father is in good hands and can help him in ways that I can’t.

This place sucks. They won’t even answer the phone. I’m trying to reach a loved one in bed #18A, and THEY WON’T EVEN ANSWER THE DAMNED PHONE!!! Our elderly are left to die this way??? Really??? This is abhorrent!!!
