Delicious breakfast. My Belgian waffle with pecans, bananas and vanilla cream is the nomb. Nice, large clean quiet atmosphere with good service. I highly recommend.

My Family and I stopped in for brunch yesterday and we waited approximately 15 minutes to be seated, which is better than average wait time. We were then escorted over to our table and the server was kind and courteous. We ordered our meals and waited patiently, as we waited we were asked by 3 different staff members if we needed anything else, which was great! Once we finished our meals, we were greeted by Management(Hamlet) who asked how the services was? we indicated that the service was great. He then noticed that I did not order pancakes and he decided to offer me an order of pancakes, on the house! WOW were we pleasantly surprised by his generosity to our family! AMEN to good people… Thank you HAMLET!

Wow such a disappointment! Waited forever for a waffle. Dirty tables everywhere. No refill on water. Slow slow slow. Won’t be back.

I realized that his location does not have good pancakes. They are not, light, fluffy and tasty. I asked the server for light pancakes and she gave me brown pancakes. I mentioned to her that the pancakes were not light, so she took them and gave me another, however they were the same color. I didn’t realize it since the shade from the window was down. When the shade was pulled up by an employee I noticed it. My first visit was the same thing. This changes the taste of the pancakes.

The server Emilio brightened up our day from the second he started talking to us. The food beats Dennys which is across the street. And there décor is so beautiful and modern! Love this place!

This establishment is VERY new. Love the clean atmosphere and the light non-pop music playing while we dined. The staff was very friendly especially OSCAR. He was funny and accomodating, great attitude to have in a customer-oriented establishment. Everything I ate was delicious and I loved being offered french vanilla creamer rather than just regular.

Looking at the other reviews, it’s true, they are slow. I came in at 5am for breakfast, there were 3 tables with people, and at least 15 with dirty dishes on them. It looked as if there was only one server there. He told me to sit wherever, I was lucky to find a booth that was still clean. He came by with the menu, then like disappeared for over 5 minutes. I gave my order, and waited, and waited for my diet soda. I finally stood up and asked, and finally received it. Food: It did also take a while for the food to arrive. I ordered: sirloin tips with medium eggs, side of sourdough toast. The sirloin tips and mushrooms were dry and overcooked. The medium eggs were over easy, runny whites and in a pool of butter(?). The toast was dry, hard and not buttered. Pancakes were a little overcooked but edible. Now here was the worst, the hash browns, a mass of greasy, undercooked potatoes. The server never came back to check on me or refill my soda. In fact, he was standing outside catching a smoke right outside the front(see photo), if fact, I think that is against the law in LA. And I wonder if he washes his hands after his smoke… Please head these other reviews. This place has very slow service. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I do think management needs more help in there than one person.

Oddly enough, I didn’t feel disgustingly full after eating here. The waffles were fluffy but not too fluffy. If you’re in a hurry, expect service to be slightly slow but that’s in the afternoon. Recommend this place over Dennys… fuck Dennys.

Looked like a brand new IHOP when I walked in yesterday with my coupon friend. Yeah, I call her coupon friend, cause she collects and brings with her saying like Have this coupon let’s go there… so we went to this IHOP… It was around 3PM, restaurant was pretty empty. Only one table with family was there at the corner. We sat at the booth, ordered dinner. Ordering dinner in the afternoon is quite cool! ___This particular IHOP opens 24 hours. When, nice and only waiter Emilio brought our food, mine looked like Thanksgiving dinner sans cranberries. Broccoli was excellent, turkey not so. My friends liked their food. The best thing seemed a thermo pot of coffee at each and every table. Typical IHOP thing. You don’t have to ask and wait forever for your refill. Got coupon discount without hassle.

My family just came home from this place disappointed. At first, we thought it was great we were seated right away. However, it took about 10 minutes for a server to even ask us about drinks! Emilio was our server and because he was dressed differently, I’m thinking he’s the supervisor as well. It took another 10 – 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Our drinks were all mixed up. He didn’t bother putting our kids’ drinks in a childproof container. After about 5 minutes or so he took down our order. It took the longest time to get all our food. Our orders came in separately as opposed to coming all at the same time. I was even wondering why the other customers around us were getting their food first and leaving even though we came before them! I realized they had different servers who moved faster than ours. It was probably 30 – 45 minutes from the time we got our food. By that time we were so hungry and I was already grumpy. The food was just average. When we were done, we were waiting around again for our server to come back and bring our check. He brought the to-go box but he never brought the check. I was getting impatient so I had my husband go up to the cashier and pay it then. Don’t get me wrong. Emilio seems nice as a supervisor and he checks in on the customers overall. However, as his own customers, he failed us significantly. He didn’t attend to us in a timely manner and was disorganized. He was more about«campaigning» than he was serving us. I didn’t understand the purpose of it. This one experience was a deal breaker. I don’t think we’re ever coming back.

Server took a long time. Didnt give us menus when we sat down. No forks, knives and spoons either. Refills take such a long time. Food was served without the regular condiments. When we asked for them, it took them a long time to get it. Sirloin Tip overcooked and the mushrooms are undercooked. I sent them back to get them re-done. Came back the same. Didnt bother with it anymore. Server keeps disappearing. Had to keep trying to find him just to get drink refills. Such bad service.

I love this new IHOP. The staff is incredibly efficient and fast. Everyone is happy and friendly. My favorite is Oscar, talk about service with a smile plus! We have never waited more then 10 minutes to be seated on a Sunday morning(peak busy time) & the food is always fresh, cooked to perfection & delicious. Not to mention this place is brand new, very large, with windows all around that really add to the nice warm ambiance.

So me and my lover went to this ihop this morning to curve my pregnancy craving, only to walk out after an hour of not getting our food. First our cutlery was dirty(twice) we had asked for a cup of hot water(twice)after 10 minutes we finally received it. Even with the hot water our cutlery was still dirty. It was only two us ordering a stack of pancakes and a combo with bacon and eggs. I understand it was busy but there should no reason why we waited 40 minutes for our food. After asking two people for the manager they both kept saying«we will check on the food», we didn’t want to food to be checked on it never came. Finally we get up to go to the front cashier and we ask for the manager again,(the cashier had an attitude btw), after ten minutes later talking to the manager he even said he will check on the food, and it never came, so we finally left and here I am writing a review about ihop. Hope you guys enjoy.

Whoo hoo! New IHOP in the neighborhood! The interior is really nice, service was good, food consistent with all IHOP i’ve ever had in the past. I like to order the Simple & Fit Two-Egg Breakfast — My version: Scrambled egg whites, two strips of turkey bacon, sourdough toast, seasonal mixed fruit and I order hashbrowns on the side. I always have to have hashbrowns. I love them. I’ve never asked but I wonder if they can switch out turkey for actual bacon and if they can bring out my food HOT. For some reason, whenever I get my hashbrowns, they’ve cooled down significantly. Gotta try that next time. Doesn’t hurt to ask.

Came here for Christmas morning and this place was super busy! But the wait time was non existent! They were truly prepared for the Christmas rush This is a brand new location. Everything was clean and modern. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. A member of our party had a special request and she made sure that the food was executed correctly. I ordered the double chocolate pancakes: chocolate batter with chocolate chips Tuscan scramble: eggs, parmesan, red bell peppers, and spinach with smashed red potatoes w/onion This place was the place to be on Christmas morning and I’m glad we went.

I was really excited to try this new IHOP. It’s clean and definitely modern looking. I walked in and noticed that there were two hosts up front and only two waitresses for the entire restaurant. So service was slow. So slow that even though I came for dinner, by the time I got my pancakes it’ll actually be breakfast time. Waited 15 minutes and finally had to flag down someone to take our drink orders. Room temperature coffee and the carafe was only filled 25%. Service is a complete nightmare. The staff really seem inexperienced and unorganized. Don’t make me wait over 30 minutes, flag you down and you ask, «Do you need more time to look over the menu?» Really? Food. the pancakes were nice and moist. The hash browns weren’t overcooked — thank you for that. The pork sausage wasn’t too greasy and flavorful as always. Overall, I recommend that the manager really talk to the staff and really spruce up the huge lack of organization. As soon as customers are seated, someone should really come by and take the drink orders and then within 5 minutes take the food order. Don’t make customers wait 30 minutes, flag someone down just for them to say, «Ummm…did you want something?»

Was tricked by no wait. Soon found out why. Waited 45 min for food for only half of our table. I am 20 mins in and still waiting for the other half. Clock is still ticking. Wait staff wouldn’t bring ketchup for most of that time as well. Was so excited to see a new IHOP and so disappointed. Update — other half of the table’s food came 35 min later! And it was wrong!
