Idea World Fitness Convention

Tons of awesome lectures, workshops and workouts plus I got tons of new equipment for the gym like the Step 360 by SPRI and the Slackline at great prices !

The IDEA World Fitness Convention is an annual event held at the Los Angeles Convention Center (West Hall) that is open to the public, so isn’t an industry professionals only trade show, but a showcase of the latest in fitness.
A person can casually walk the exhibit hall floor within 1 hour briskly observing and stopping by the booths. In attendance are major fitness companies like Reebok, as well as hot trendy ones like Zumba, emerging ones like Beachbody, as well as a lot of entry level companies introducing their brand or product.
There’s supplements; drink mixes, power foods… as well as clothing /​apparel; tops, pants, shoes… equipment /​accessories; bars, bands and balls… and niche workout regiments be it yoga based, extreme fitness or whatever is beyond the imagination (I saw one that utilizes a surfboard)…
There’s «sessions» and other special events within the expo, so it runs over the course of several days.
There is commerce going on here too, so you can buy products (often at a discount and sometimes things not available in stores (yet) as well)
