I have been a member of this Pilates for over 6 months and it has healed my lower back pain and allowed me to be a lot more limber. Since joining I’ve lost over 6 pounds but also gained several pounds of muscle they do very good muscle toning and training as well as cardio. I have gone down a total of 2 inches. Also, 2 months ago I started the flying yoga classes I feel like I’m using all of my muscles when I’m doing flying yoga. This is a great exercise for stretching your muscles and at the same time it feels like it’s yoga because you feel more relaxed while you’re working out. I’ve gone to Zumba, cardio barre, bar method, pop physique and other intensive cardio programs and this is by far the best I can see the results more clearly doing this program then over all the other cardio and muscle toning programs I’ve done. I go in tired but I always come out feeling revitalized and full of energy for the rest of the day. I strongly recommend Viviana, the head coach. She is really good at her job and I feel like she cares for all of the students. I don’t feel good when I miss her class, that’s how much i love this class with her.

I love pilates by j has literally changed my life. I never thought in a million years that I could actually enjoy exercising and now I am addicted to Pilates I have been coming to I Love Pilates for over 6 months and it has become a part of my weekly routine. I had herniated disc last year and it had been really painful over several months. Many attempts to reduce my pain levels — going to acupuncture clinics, physical therapies and chiropractic therapies, I wanted to find a long term solution for my body and was introduced to this Pilates studio. I started taking personal training sessions with Viviana and within a couple months, my pain got much better and no more pain killer pills to sleep at night. Viviana, the head coach, provided me the work out postures catered to me, to develop core strengths and to ease my pain. Overall, I am really thankful and glad that I met her and was able to improve my health condition by taking the Pilates lessons. 5 Stars and more!
