This is a small corner establishment with a little outdoor seating area. In my opinion the price is a bit high for the quality. I ordered three boba smoothies: Straw-Raspberry, Mango, and Strawberry. For some reason the Straw– Raspberry boba smoothie was blue and red and had a 7 – 11 slushy like taste. Although the Strawberry and Mango were my favorite, they were all pretty good.

Decent boba place. The place is clean and fast! The green tea boba and the pineapple boba was great! Parking is a bit tight but there’s always parking. Seating area outside!

Got honey green tea. Too sweet and the boba was so hard to chew and sticky.

Service is nice & fast . The Boba is delishhhh . I come here very often and their hours are nice to have . They have a punch card when you purchase 10 bobas you get one free !!! There is an indoor and outdoor seating set up which is nice to have . I love the Strawberry — Rasberry, Passion fruit, and Cookies — Cream Boba ! Parking is very difficult in this area because it is very small and little . Pricing : 3.99 for a regular 4.99 for a large Honestly a bit pricier than other boba joints.

I LOVEBOBA! But not this one. Good thing it’s a chain. I prefer the other I Love Boba on Western. It has a nice vibe going on while this one just seems like an unpopular run-down tiny dessert stop in the corner of a plaza. When we went on a Friday night, it was literally deserted along with half of the plaza. I would not recommend going there alone. I actually wouldn’t recommend going there at all when there are better I Love Boba’s around. The only good thing about this one is the parking. It’s free in the plaza! There were tons of empty spaces on that Friday night – which is probably a good indicator of how amazing the restaurants in this plaza are. I saw that it was an I Love Boba, so I wanted to give it a try. However, I was severely disappointed with the quality of the boba. I don’t blame them. I bet they have barely any customers throughout the day and the boba just sits there for hours. If you are already eating in that plaza, hit up this place afterwards for convenience, but otherwise stay away.

Driving through K town and I see a small sign at the curb with I LOVEBOBA on it. Hey, I love Boba too. So I pull in the dirty, small parking spaced crappy kinda strip mall and fight for a parking spot. Welcome to LA its like this everywhere. I tried the Mango Boba and was oh so good and inexpensive too. I will stop by again when I’m Cruising Vermont.

Mango & Oreo Boba I love the fact that they close late. Anytime I’m craving Boba I know the place to go. Nice little spot to hang out with a friend. Prices are good. Service is always friendly. I would recommend if you’re in the area to stop by.

Sorry! Had to do it. I never give single stars unless it’s deserved… congrats, I Love Boba! Staying at the office till late tonight — I work right upstairs in the same building, and can use a pick me up. I was craving a soy latte, but. They don’t have soy milk. No Problem. Almond Milk… Nope. Only Whole Milk. I can’t drink whole milk, so I tried to opt for some fresh brewed coffee, but the guy was honest enough to let me know it was brewed 2 hours ago. No Thanks. I asked for a Small Americano, which comes with 2 shots, but I asked for a Single shot, and boldly asked if I can get it for $ 2 instead of $ 2.50, given they didn’t have my first, second or third choice — and I’m asking for a single shot of espresso in a size that regularly comes with 2. That request was denied too. I’m not ranting about the price. I’m willingly to pay extra for soy or almond milk and for anything else they may have that I actually wanted. It’s just that recognition for good service for a potential(not anymore) repeat customer can go a long way.

I personally enjoy this place a lot I came here a few times and gotten a few flavors my first one was a strawberry raspberry smoothie and it was good went excellent. My next one was a peanut butter smoothie, it was great at first but started to taste disgusting after a few seconds. I remember seeing a guy order his boba and then walked outside and fell on the sidewalk curb and dropped his boba drink on the ground, it splashed everywhere. The employees told him not to bring the leaking cup inside and he bring the trash outside. The guy literally walks inside the shop and made a mess with a trail of drinks on and under his shoe. Needless to say, the employee was mad at the guy for doing exactly the opposite of what he told him. Pistachio smoothies was the last thing I’ve tried here and it was excellent, its the best drink in this entire place. The drink is sooolooooool good. Seoul GOOD.

I love this place. So yes I love boba :) Best flavors: Passion fruit, Oreo, and strawberry peach with Boba. They have a punch card and after 10 you will get a free boba! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I personally appreciate the sweetness and freshness of their boba! Some places boba is tasteless, not here. Ill drive across town for it, for sure. Only fix up is the restroom.

I tried the milk tea with boba and like it. The boba was a little too soft and didn’t have much chew to it. The milk tea had a hint of chocolate flavor and was really good. I’m not sure if they have jasmine milk tea but if they do I would probabily try that next time cause that’s my favorite kind of milk tea. I believe my medium was about 3.75 ish plus tax So the price is not expensive.

My friend and I always end up here when we’re off work at the same time. I’ve tried many places to try their drinks, but they’re either too plain or the boba too hard/dry and we we found this place we instantly fell in love with it! It’s far from where we live, but worth the extra drive! It’s a small place though, so it’s always a bit difficult to walk if it’s crowded! Defiantly a great place when you’re craving Boba!

Paid five dollars for an Oreo shake that was ice mixed with one or two Oreos. The guy who was working looked like he wanted to kill himself and didn’t give a crap about this job. Waste of money and my time driving there.

This one is a little closer to me than the other one I wrote a review on. I think this one is okay. The cashier here didn’t look to happy to assist me and my sisters. I never have this problem at the other one. I thought she was having a bad day, but when I went again it was the same. The dining area is very small and it is half indoor/half outdoor. They have a few tables and they are usually available. They also have wifi which is a big plus. I came here on a Saturday at 1 in the morning and it was closed. I thought they closed at 2 in the morning, but it was probably a slow day or something. The boba drinks are still as good as the other place and the prices are the same. They have a way better parking lot than the other one I reviewed. I tend to come late so I always find a good spot. If the service was different and the cashier greeted us with a smile I would of given them 4 stars. I don’t mind coming here I just feel like I am not welcomed.

Cute quant lil spot. This is walking distance from my home so the hubby and I go here in the afternoon when it’s hot. We sit outside in the shade… nice view of the olympic and vermont intersection. Ice cream taste amazing and the price is sooo cheap… $ 3 for a medium and she scooped i swear like 5 or 6 times lol nice! :)

I’ve been here 3 times now… and each time I think it’s gonna get better. It hasn’t. It’s pretty dirty and the boba is always old! I only come here because it’s close. I won’t be coming here again, make the further drive to the one on 8th!

I was driving through this neighborhood and just wanted a milk tea with boba. This place was the first one that popped up on my app, so I went for it. It’s inside of a strip mall with very little parking. The store itself has little seating and is very plain. I ordered my boba milk tea which came out of one of those continuously-running lemonade tanks from a juice store in the mall. The tea was mediocre but the boba was decent and at a $ 4 price tag, I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

Came here after a trip to Hugh Day Spa. My friend had the peanut butter boba(sounded like it could have gone either really well, or really bad…) it ended up YUMMY! It tasted like Reeses cups! I had the strawberry peach boba(sweet but delicious!). Friendly staff, quick service, good prices. This was a nice relaxing place to hang out for a bit!
