Their shaved ice here is pretty good. But I would not recommend getting a boba here. I got a milk tea boba and is taste really odd. The boba is really soft and not very flavorful.

Cool little spot to check out. Not much variation. Good customer service and open late. I tried two drinks with bobba and they were both spot on. Not much else to say apart from your typical drink list. Parking lot right out front. I liked what I got!

I was really craving a hot milk tea and the worker there delivered! He asked if I wanted to try it first so I did and it was really good! He heated it up for me and it was just what I needed! Thanks, I Love Boba and the friendly worker!

Super sweet and tastes powdery, yuck.:((( Milk tea also had a ton of ice and the boba was soft and flimsy. Definitely not returning to this chain, but at least the cashier was nice.

This Boba place is so much closer to me than the other one I usually go too. I was actually going to the other one, but I noticed this one on my way. They have a parking lot and when I went there was a lot of parking available. They do sure the parking lot with other stores, but most of them were closed already. This one closes at 11 p. m so that’s a bummer for me. I usually crave them really late so at least the other one closes until 2 a.m. I saw a few people sitting on the tables sipping on their drinks as I walked in. The place looked like a cool little spot. There was no line and I wasn’t sure if to get my usual or try something new. My usual is the Oreo smoothie with extra boba. I wanted to get something different so I decided to go with some fruits. The cashier was nice and he assisted us right away when he saw us. I didn’t see a card minimum, but we spend about $ 10 on 2 smoothies. I paid with a card and he forgot to give me a receipt. I asked for one and he printed one out for me. I ended up trying the strawberry/banana smoothie. I asked them to put more banana than strawberries. When I saw it I noticed it was more on the pink side. Then I tasted it and it did taste more like strawberries. I didn’t want to say anything since I had already got some and didn’t want to bother him. I thought it was okay, but after a few sips it started to taste too sweet. My husband got a coco/vanilla smoothie. He really like it. I don’t like coconut, but he made me try it. I took a sip and I actually liked it better than mine. I could taste the coco, but just a little. I had to use the restroom and it was clean. Don’t forget the key! They have that posted inside and outside. You need a key for the restroom, but I’m assuming a lot of people have forgotten it inside the restroom. Overall my experience was good. I was a little disappointed with my smoothie, but next time I’ll say just a little bit of strawberries if I try it again. I might just stick with my Oreo smootie. The bobas were as good as always.

This place is not that great. We got the passion fruit tea(with less sugar and boba) and almond milk tea. The sweetness level was good but there was pulp in my drink — not passion fruit seeds but pulp that looked like OJ pulp. The boba was not a good consistency either. The almond milk tea was too creamy for me but it did have bits of almond which was yummy. This isn’t really my place but I could see how others would like this place. There’s free parking in the plaza lots(but it’s small).

Love this boba spot so much. I come here every week with my partner. They never let me down especially with the mango boba smoothie which always hits the spot. The employees are very helpful and always do their jobs right!

The best boba place in town ! I have been coming to this exact boba spot for 2 years and I am never disappointed ! I drive 2 hours from my home just to come here! Or I stop by when I’m in La! Defiantly try the strawberry kiwi smoothie with extra Boba!

I really like coming here although they have become stingy with the boba amount and they no longer make the jasmine milk tea. But the strawberry slush is super refreshing.

I am new to boba so take this with a grain of salt. The service was friendly, my milk tea boba tasted great and it was pretty inexpensive compared to others I have been to. I would go back.

Oreo smoothie Taro latte Peach iced tea All delicious! Small place — most of the seating is outside. There’s a parking lot but it’s tiny and shared with a bunch of other businesses so be prepared to find street parking. TONS of choices on their menu.

I’m reviewing my 1st time here. Pros: — Indoor/Outdoor seating — Polite service — Free wifi –Thai tea with boba was satisfying — Not too busy on a Saturday afternoon — Has a bathroom Cons: — Coconut tastes weird/artificial(I’m a big fan of coconut. So don’t believe other Unilocalers that say it tastes good.) — Small indoor space Overall: — Decent — Good to satisfy your boba fix

Came here after Korean BBQ(KING K BBQ) so I was ready for some boba! I was walked in there were customers and I smiled. They smiled back. We were attended fairly quick. Got the bobas and they were alright. Nothing great but nothing bad. The guy did not laugh at our jokes lol. But eh, whatever. Would we recommend anyone to come here? Eh, I guess.

Okay, I’m not going to lie. The boba here is not good. I repeat, the boba here is not good. Came here right after lunch because I was literally across the street. Ordered the coffee milk tea with less sugar. Service behind the counter was nice, the guy informed me that they will use black coffee in order to make it less sweet, which I happily said yes. Extra star for the good service. My drink turned out to be pretty nice, not as powdery-tasting as the coffee milk tea at boba studio. The major downside is the boba. They are soft and barely have any taste to it. Major disappointment for a place that says«I Love Boba».

Okay. I’m not going to lie. I love boba to the pint that I’m a bit of a boba snob. Even with that aside, the quality of both the tea and boba is far below par here. I got the thai tea because my go-to green milk tea here is macha and I’m not a huge fan of gritty powder so I thought the Thai Tea would be better. Wrong. There were little gritty black pieces(probably the tea leaves) since the server gave me the last bit of one of the pitchers. To make it worse, the boba is really soft and has no taste. Not coming back. Worst of all, the price you pay is way too much for what you get. Coupled with a health rating of B? How do you even get a B at a drink place?

Small size of almost anything is $ 3.99, large is $ 4.99. Pretty basic. My boyfriend got the large Thai tea with boba. He said it was typical Thai tea, nothing special but yummy! I got a small lychee smoothie with boba. I was pleasantly surprised by the lychee jelly inside! No other boba place I’ve been to has ever put free jelly in their drinks before. However, my drink started grossly separating after some time. You could see the powder separating from the liquid, which is never nice to see in your drink: l it was still tasty, though!

This is not my go-to boba place but it’s not a bad spot for your boba fix. The smoothies are usually on the sweet side and I always like mine half sweet. The milk tea and coffee is what they are known for. I come here fore my Almond Latte. Mmmm. :) It’s got real almonds in their drink~

I do, actually, love boba. What I don’t love is a dirty shop and really slow employees.

Parking was pretty convenient, free. Wi-Fi is free, yay! I ordered small boba milk tea $ 4, expensive. Milk tea tasted more like coffee milk tea, yuk. Boba balls were all lumped together, sad. Would I come here again? No
