DONOTTRUSTTHISBUSINESS. I paid $ 600 to have two things framed, and have only received one item. Dana has cheated me $ 350 to $ 400. I went to her in May, and have tried to contact her multiple times since to no avail. She did respond to my boyfriend’s call from an unknown number, when he ‘wanted to have some things framed’, and then when she found out that he called to inquire about my lost, pre-paid artwork, she promised to deliver it, but never has. Do not use Hotel de Ville unless you want to risk your own possessions and forfeit your money.

Dana is hands-down one of my best finds here in Los Angeles! I have no less than 10 pieces hanging in my home which were lucky enough to be magically transformed by her creative expertise. My house is truly a home thanks to her touch, and I am constantly receiving compliments on the eclectic collection of artwork that is truly thanks to the AMAZING Dana! In addition to framing some of my originals, she has a great collection of pieces for sale in her showroom. I look forward to seeing the new space this week!!!

Very high quality framing. If you want the best, you can get it here. Dana, the owner, is a nice person, too.

This is simply the only place to go for custom framing. Dana is truly amazing and is not only hospitable and fun but extremely creative with a great eye for pulling together an inspired creation. Working with her is fun, she shows you things you wouldn’t necessarily think of but in the end are perfect. The whole experience is a blast. I go there for every custom framing job I have.

Ok, this is definitely worth the trip even if you are on the Westside. Dana is professional and can help you sort through all your ideas, guide you toward a decision. She works with designers as well as someone framing photo booth snapshots. Everything from simple to extravagant, edgy, quirky… custom colors, fabric mattes… I take my best and favorite pieces here to be framed!

Wow! I brought 2 paintings in for framing what I got back were two works of art. The owner Dana has the most incredible taste. She suggested so many great ideas and offered up suggestions for making my art look good to fit with in my budget. Also I would like yo mention that her store has incredible furniture and pieces of framed art and knick knacks that will make you wish you lived there. I would go back(I actually just went back to frame another little thing) every time.

This place is never open when I try to go. I even called the phone number left on the door and got no response. I give up.

People should ONLY stop in here if they like stylish things! This is one of the coolest stores I’ve happened across in a long time. The modern/vintage furniture in the showroom is amazing… they have items for sale, but they can also help you restyle some of your old furniture or cool-but-beat-up Craigslist finds with different paint and/or upholstery covering options. The back of the store is a photo/art framing shop, which has tons of different styles to choose from. This is not Michaels or Aaron Brothers. Only shop here if you value style and being different!
