Hot Shot Hot Dogs are by far the best hot dog I’ve had! The chili cheese fries are to DIE FOR! My favorite hot dog is the bacon, egg & cheese dog. PamCakes have the best desserts that will ever touch your palate. You can’t go wrong by trying them out.

Great Dogs & Fries! These folks are sooo nice… and they serve a very tasty Pastrami Dog. I would definitely order it again, as I would their Garlic Fries. The fries themselves were singularly some of the best I have had, and they topped them with a generous portion of real sautéed Garlic. Nice touch… and Delicious! This is a new truck and they deserve (and already have mine) our full support for serving a more than reasonably priced, satisfying meal! And they serve it with genuine warmth and caring…

Between my son and I, we have had several different items on the truck, my new personal favorites are the bacon cheese and egg hot dog and the Bacon and Cheese Fries, so delicious… their fries, plain, chili or garlic are really good.
The truck is family owned and every single person I have met in the family are absolutely the best, they always greet their customers with a smile and treat with the utmost respect.

First off all. The owners are the friendliest people you can meet. I tried the place as my last stop at la mirada which was a mistake cuz I was too full to try the rest of this place. I got the pastrami hot dog. OMG!!! the dog was amazing. The wiener itself had so much flavor. The pastrami was so tender & flavorful. They put enough pastrami where it’s not overwhelming, it compliments the dog perfectly. I can’t wait to try it again to check out the rest of the menu

Hu? My experience was much different than what u had. there hot dogs were quite tasty and the bacon dog is $ 4 not $ 5 get your facts straight and the fact that they use real diced up bacon and not under cooked bacon wrapped on a hot dog is a definite win

The fact is whatever the price he quotes is, I was charged $ 6.00 for the dog and a can of Diet Coke. Perhaps I was over charged, but the bottom line is the same. I don’t understand why he is defending the bacon, as that was the best part of the dog. He calls it «diced bacon» I called it «bacon pieces» Big deal. I would rather he discussed why the wieners were so small.

I found the quality of the food to be outstanding. It was seasoned well & flavorful. Other than the hot dogs, the carne asada & chicken tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had! I would advise any one planning an event to use Hot Shot for the wide variety of party foods offered, such as New York Style Hot Dogs, Tacos, Pastrami Sandwiches, Chicken Links, & more. If you choose the tacos, I would add his Fresh Home Made Salsa… TO DIE FOR!!!
