Hosanna Flowers

Really disappointed with the customer service. I ordered birthday baskets for some of my colleagues and was promised an early morning delivery, instead now I am left waiting and may not get them at all, because the owner can’t promise me a time for delivery. Extremely poor customer service.

I’ve been a customer for the past 3 years and usually order flowers from this establishment on special occasions. There flowers and arrangements are unique and decorated with class.
Even though I live in Orange County I work in Downtown L.A. And finding this shop through a friend was a gem of a find. My fellow Unilocalers, I strongly recommend this shop. You will absolutely not be disappointed. There is valet parking but if you tell attendant your visiting the flower shop you can self park at no charge. Credit cards are accepted.

My wife works in Koreatown in LA and suggested using this shop whenever I order flowers for her. I just completed my fourth order with them. This florist is really great. They seem to be most comfortable with speaking in Korean, but speak English just fine (which I prefer as my Korean skills are quite paltry).
Their arrangements are creative and beautiful without being overdone. They totally work with your preferences of flowers and your budget, and are straight-​forward with their pricing. The lady who took my order explained that the best quality roses are tripled in price around Valentine’s Day, so we got creative and worked out an arrangement that I think my wife will love.
It’s a tiny little shop, but I always phone in my orders. I’ve been very pleased with their service, pricing, quality and presentation.
