Last time ordering at this restaurant, ever. Experienced the worst customer service from the lady that answered the phone when I called the restaurant to tell her I found a long strand of HAIR in my bag of noodles that was for my jjampong.(I’ve uploaded a picture of the hair and noodles) She didn’t even give me an apology and didn’t even offer to send new noodles on top of that. When I asked her if she could send new noodles and soup, since the soup I had was getting cold and delivery from this place seems to take FOREVER, she said, ‘No. There was nothing wrong with your soup.’ I don’t see why I should be eating cold food when it was the restaurants fault. Any other restaurant would do whatever it takes to make their customer happy after a mistake they have made. On top of that, she made her delivery guy ask for proof that there was hair in the bag. LOL Why would I make up a lie to get some noodles? I have better things to do than attempt to get free noodles. If you want customers to keep coming back, you should improve your customer service skills.

Two stars for their very delicious tangsooyook. Their pork is not as chewy and dry as other places and their batter is thin and crispy. One of my favorites. But i came here to eat jjambbong. So greatly dissapointed. It tastes like a spicy pepper soup. TOO peppery! Jjambbong Nara is by far still my favorite. Never coming here for their jjambbong again.

The one star is for the shitty attitude whoever is taking orders. After over an hour waiting, I decided to call and see what was going on. The lady first tells me it’s on the way. Then I said if it’s not here within 30 minutes, I’m cancelling. Then she said it won’t be delivered within 30 minutes and if I still wanted it. That means they didn’t even get my order in after over an hour. What a waste of my time.

Ordered with bunch of co-workers during lunch time. We called more than an hour ago to order and asked specific hour for delivery. Lady who picks up the phone said food can be late since its busy lunch time when the food didnt arrive on time. She was RUDE and talked as if its okay for late delivery. SHEEVENHUNGUPTHEPHONEWHENMYOTHERCOWORKERCALLED !!! Food came after 30 mins and we only had 30 mins for our lunch time. We had to rush eating it, we ended up having stomach pain and some of them have indigestion. We will never order from this place ever and will complain to the main company in Korea.

Ordered food 2 hrs ago and still no sign of any Jjambbong or Jjajangmyun. The lady who picked up the phone told me it wouldn’t take long since she didn’t have a lot of orders. BS! Total BS! It is 1:50PM and now our office is full of negativity. Never ever ordering here again.

Great Zzambbong and friendly service. The zzambbong tastes a lot better than ones you’ll get at Chinese restaurants. I guess that’s why they call themselves a zzambbong specialty restaurant=D I love the place, especially on cold weathers. It’s located on the 4th floor away from the busy streets of LA.
