HELP! I NEVER GOT MY SHIRTS BACK FROM HOLLYWOOD CLEANERS!
Right in my hand is the yellow Ticket #24 560 from Hollywood Cleaners for the two white, monogrammed dress shirts I left for cleaning.
I went in to claim my shirts 45 days from the date of leaving them — much sooner than the deadline stated on the receipt as «Not resposible for garments left over 60 days.»
The manager at Hollywood Cleaners simply states that «You took too long to get your shirts. Your shirts are not here.»
She is taking no responsibility whatsoever.
Simply stated: the shirts that I left with Hollywood Cleaners are my personal property. The management is obligated to return my property for the yellow Ticket #24 560 or compensate me for the loss of the shirts.
BUYER BEWARE: I NEVER GOT MY SHIRTS BACK FROM HOLLYWOOD CLEANERS. ..

This place is always on point w my dry cleaning and alterations. They charge decent prices for dry cleaning and the staff is always friendly. Don’t be fooled by the old woman who sits to the right of the counter. She might be small and quiet but she sure knows how to make an alteration look as if it’s never been altered. Pants are normally $ 10 and takes about 3 days to p/​u depending on what time of the day you drop off your stuff. I haven’t tried any other spots in Los Feliz, but then again… why should I?!
