I needed a new kitchen faucet and found Hirsch nearby. I spoke to Robert on the phone and he was super helpful checking inventory, model numbers, etc. He set aside the last unit they had and gave it to me at contractor pricing. I got to the place and it was so easy. On my way in minutes. I am so glad to know that Hirsch is in my neighborhood whenever I need plumbing parts and fixtures.

Great place, always has what I need when I need it! I have sent my Grandfather here and Sam the manager always takes extra care to make sure he gets all the parts he needs. Good guy, great staff!

Incredibly rude staff, including the manager. They made fun of me and made me feel like an idiot for walking through the door. I’m no plumber, which I understand is their main clientele, but this company needs to embrace DIYers like me, not make us feel like total $hit. Terrible customer service! Before my number was called, one of the sales guys said out loud «Thanks for wasting my time» about another customer who had just walked out the door. All the employees laughed with each other like it was the good ol’ boys club of plumbing suppliers. I cringed as my number was about to be called and now you know how it all turned out. I’ll never be back nor will I tell anyone else to ever patronize this business. Hirsch, you suck!

Thank god these guys are around. Just a huge supply of everything you need for your home.
My experience at Hirsch was great even though they didn’t have what i needed. The only reason they didn’t have it was because you can’t find parts for this faucet anyway but they directed me to an amazing hardware store I had never even heard of! That’s great. I will definitely come back here.

i placed an order over the phone by paying upfront with credit and after few days trying to pick up the order they cannot find the paperwork and claiming that i did dnt pay for it after waiting 45 minutes when there manager is coming out and trying to tell me that i have to pay and present my received to pick up the order .isnt it funny. this a joke not a plumbing supply where nobody knows his ass. save your nerves stay away from them.

I called Hirsch at their Atlantic store asked if they had a flush valve for a Toto sana gloss 1.6÷6.0 toilet they did, but it was to far away. I then called the San Fernando store spoke to sam he said they didn’t carry those parts I’d have to special order it I repeated my request he said no. I told him what I was told at the Atlantic store, he asked what do you want? I said Toto sana gloss 1.6÷6.0 flush valve again ! he said oh yeah I have that in stock. I went there spoke to a counterman he said we don’t have that in stock. I said sam said you do! sam came over and asked me, is it red or yellow? I said it’s pink. He told me it’s the same color. Ultimately I got what I wanted, however what a DILDO! Next time I’ll go to Atlantic store
