been shopping here for years love the staff love the clothes, and now Jennifer the owner has partnered up with Charbel another amazing designer who’s designs you can see on people such as J-​Lo an amazing clothing experience. My favorite brand is Ema Savahl and they always fit me right into all of her amazing designs! Highly recommended.

LOVE THIS PLACE she’s awesome and helped me get the prom dress of my dreams. It’s a one of a kind no one else had it

OMG!!! This place is awesome. Lily helped my sister and I so much that we decided to purchase the dress immediately. My sister and I had a specific look in mind for her prom dress, very vintage and old hollywood.
We decided to head to downtown because we thought we could find a better deal. And while I wasn’t expecting 5-​star service, I was hoping for at least a greeting. We went to 3 other stores before entering Hermz and we weren’t greeted nor approached to see if we needed help.
However, when we entered Hermz, Lily immediately greeted us and helped us find what we were looking for. She worked within our budget and helped find the dress.
A major plus for us what that they write down the name of the school so that they won’t sell the same dress to another girl.
Lily was excellent! Great customer service!

I went there last week and was sold a damaged Holt dress at a «discounted» price of $ 450. Both the owner (Jennifer Hermz) and her assistant told me that the retail value was $ 529. I decided to buy it under the impression that I was getting a great deal. To my disappointment, after purchasing the dress, I went on the retailer’s website and realized the FULL retail value of the dress is $ 379. Not only was I not getting a discount, but they charged me OVER the retail price. I sent the owner a message about this and of course, she completely ignored it.

I just called and placed my 2^nd order for a dress I saw on Hermz Facebook Page. I was helped by the store manager Crystal both times. I received great customer service. She was so helpful answering all my questions It was a pleasure doing business with them. Crystal was professional and Hermz has amazing/​beautiful dresses for great prices! Will definitely be doing more business in the future and highly recommend to all! Thank you!

This is the place to go to get «The» Dress. They have amazing styles and their staff is very helpful, specially Lily. She worked with my budget and helped me make up my mind. I’m definitely coming back here for my next event.

Just called and ordered a gorgeous dress I saw on a Hermz Instagram post and it took less than 5 mins! Krystal knew exactly which dress I was talking about and called me back with a USPS confirmation # within mins of placing my order :-) I will definitely return for more purchases! Can’t wait for my dress! Ill post again to confirm dress is perfect!

I’m getting married in 3 weeks and Hermz decides to tell me they have a problem with my order for 5 bridesmaid dresses NOW despite ordering them 6 weeks ago. Very unprofessional and complete lack of regard for time. I was the one who called them to see when my order would arrive and they didn’t follow up with their warehouse until I called. It’s not my job to get the dresses I paid for, it’s there’s. the owner Jennifer was sweet and caring when my bridesmaids and I were in the store but when they totally screwed up my order and told me last minute she was no where to be found and didn’t even give me the courtesy to call me and apologize. Now I’m left scrambling for last minute dresses just weeks before my wedding. Hermz had plenty of time to order my dresses and follow up with my order, they knew my wedding date and the date I needed the dresses, but the only thing they were good at was collecting my money and calling me to tell me there was a problem with my order. Shop elsewhere if you don’t want to deal with a headache.

Their dress selection in comparison to all the other dress stores in the area was outstanding. The owner Jenifer was extremely friendly and offered incredible costumer service. Their dress selection was most definitely more high end than the other stores and very fairly priced considering how nice the dresses are. I will absolutely be coming back and will buy ALL my dresses here. I highly recommend Hermz to anyone in search of quality evening wear.

I don’t agree with the other reviewer. I went in there to look at dresses. While they did not have the dress I was looking for, the owner, Jennifer was very nice to me and treated me very well. The price she offerred me for a dress I was considering was very fair. There are other stores in downtown LA, but most of the owners don’t speak English, are very rude with negotiation, and the shops are dirty looking. I would recommend stopping here if you are in the area and looking for a dress.

WOW! Worst customer service ever!!! If I could leave negative stars I would!!! The owner, Jennifer is a liar and her pregnant worker is even worse! As soon as they have your money, customer service goes down the drain!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! There are tons of different stores offering the same dresses for a better price all over downtown!!! Save yourself the headache!
