Both My wife and I have been using Health Quest over the years with help on my back, my knees, shoulders etc and they have been great. big smiles when you come thru the door and it can get entertaining at times. I have the highest regards for all the staff and will continue to use them if something comes up… hopefully not soon… very convenient with free parking and food…

Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. I have chronic muscular and skeletal issues due to severe scoliosis. Health Quest is the first PT clinic to truly help my condition. The physical therapists are tops in their field and stay current in all areas of rehab. I have been going 2x a week for a year and a half and they have helped me regain my quality of life. The office staff is friendly and accomodating, the parking is plentiful and the location is convenient. They take, also, take insurance. I reccomend them all the time. Please don’t review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you’re connected in any way to the owner or employees.

I have bum knees and came to this place because my MD recommended it last summer. I was a regular here, coming(at minimum) 2 – 3 x/week, for a few months. I recently injured my back and found myself in need of physical therapy again. I didn’t hesitate for a second in contacting Health Quest. I’m convinced that the only reason this place doesn’t have a gazillion 5-star reviews already is the clientele skews older and is not Unilocal-friendly. I can’t say enough great things about Health Quest. Everyone I’ve worked with here has been amazing. They remembered me and welcomed me back as if I were family, hugs and all. The receptionist, Alexis, is super friendly and kind, and she’s on it – she calls me whenever there is a cancellation so she can fit me in to see my very popular physical therapist. Vanessa, the office manager, is also wonderful. She has gone out of her way to help me get the billing through my insurance company and has consistently been a pleasure to work with — I was so happy to see her smiling face again. And now for PT — my physical therapist, Melody, is a rare talent. She combines technical skill and heart effortlessly. When I first met her, she informed me she was a «PT geek» — I learned very quickly what this meant. After work and on weekends, Melody takes courses and attends educational seminars to train on cutting edge PT techniques to use on her patients. She does this in her free time??! Seriously. She’s incorporated some of these new techniques on me, and I’ve found them super helpful. Melody is also just a lovely soul. She exudes warmth, and I always felt that she genuinely cared about me. I wasn’t just a number or a chart — I was her patient, and she knew me and was concerned about getting me better. Plus, she’s just super cool and has a really fun personality. This place isn’t for everyone. It’s not corporate or fancy, but it is run exceptionally well and has heart. I haven’t had much interaction with the owner, but from what I’ve seen of her staff, she must emphasize that exceptional service and patient care are tantamount, which sadly isn’t always the case with other healthcare providers. If you’re looking for a great physical therapist, look no further. Call Health Quest. You can thank me later for sharing my hidden gem. ;)
