Hairitage Truly Indian Hair

I’m soooo excited to buy my hair from this place today. I have heard soo much good report about the hair here. I do extensive research about the hair I put in my head so when I came across this place. I had to first go check it out before I even considered buying the hair. The hair felt sooooo soft and not to mention customer service was very detailed and knew their stuff. The hair waz shown to me in different ways wet, dry, and bought out the bag, who does this. Pretty Awesome Customer Service if you ask me :) When the hair dried it was still soft (proof in the pudding) I’m buying my hair this week and getting my hair done this week, I’ve never been so excited to get my hair done with such high quality hair. This place is horrible I would never in life buy hair here first off I got hair installed the hair was Beautiful when I pressed it and curled it but when I wet it was beautiful but something happened it. matted and wasn’t able to comb through it I mean it was the worst hair ever go back to the shop to tell them even took pictures also went into the shop with my hair in that state and I asked this lady to give me my money back or give me some new hair she gave me the most horrible Time it was unprofessional I mean they don’t stand by their product after I went through so much she finally gave me one bundle of hair and the hair she gave me to replace it Was horrible as well then she wouldn’t give me the bundle of hair until I gave her the used hair out of my hair how nasty is that asked to speak with the owner couldn’t do that she told me I couldn’t smh WOW I don’t want to put a star there at all

Bought curly hair from here a few months ago, it’s packed down in my closet somewhere. It was beautiful when I first bought it, but as soon as it was sewn in my head and I tried manipulating it, it was all tangled. And once I wet the hair it was almost matted. But I will admit that once I straightened it, it was nice, but I did not buy it for that purpose… when I want straight, I buy straight, when I want it curly I buy curly!
