Amazing Barber Shop!!! Great Prices and Awesome Service. If your looking for a real good haircut ask for Jovany or Jonathon. You wont be disappointed these guys know how to cut and have great service!

You can never go wrong coming here. Been coming here since 2008. Always great service and friendly staff. There’s not much to complain about if at all. The prices have gradually gone up, but it makes sense with the current economic situation. Will continue to give them my business!

I choose this place whenever the thought of getting a haircut gets into my head. Whenever I go to other places to get a cut, I get heavy anxiety because I know they’re going to cut more than what I asked. But here, the barber I go to always asks and checks up on me asking me if I like this or that. I appreciate that a lot because it goes to show that I’m not just a customer he wants to get rid of quickly. My barber pays attention to detail like no other. Great place to get a nice clean cut.

For the best fade, I go here. Some days no line, other days you might wait a bit. Plenty of magazines to read. Might see some homies or family from the hood.

The attitude here sucks. I think all the good Unilocal reviews have gone to their mediocre-​trimmed heads. Clearly a popular place, they told us to come back in an hour which would have been 2:40 p.m. Since they said they closed at 3 p.m., we went to the York, had some good chicken wings, came back at 2:35 and they were closing. Sorry we’re closed. Come back another time. I’ll never come back, even though I’m a Galco’s regular.

Where a MAN can Go and get a fresh Cut with out all the BULL…
Love this place their professional and talented
But sometimes they are closed on random days and times Not really like their hours state. But its OK the service is worth it & REASONABLY priced toooo

I was told to go to this barber shop by Unilocal.I told my boyfriend to give it a try. He went and was satisfied with his cut, no complaints on his fade. Also he was able to purchase his favorite hair gel Johnny b. Could not have asked for more. No drama, no show offs just a straight up barber shop where a MAN can get his hair cut with no nonsense. Other shops are all just hype and too flashy. I am pretty sure he will be going to this shop from now on.

After driving around the Eagle Rock/​Highland Park area this morning, I happened upon this place. I was happy to learn that it opens at 8am, which is a full hour earlier than anywhere else that I’ve found in the neighborhood.
20 minutes for a delicious, $ 12 head shave. Great deal. Good service. Consider me a new loyal customer.

This barbershop also has another location on Figueroa Street in Highland Park (which I usually go to). Been coming here on a nearly weekly basis since 2007. These guys are pretty cool and know how to give a tight fade and a clean line up all for $ 12. They’re now open on Sundays from 10am — 3pm.

If you’re a guy and like to shave your head or cut it close to the skin, this is the place. The television is always on and the owner is always happy to chat. As reported in the first post, it’s a good barber shop and they’ll take care of you.

Neighborhood barber shop for $ 12 a haircut. Nice bunch of guys who watch a lot of sports there. They cut good hair just as long as you tell them exactly what you want. Most of the cuts they do here are short hair razor styles which most of the youngsters sport now these days.
