They have thee best dried chili mangos on this planet. We have a produce man that comes to my job in Torrance and I’ve now for everyone in my office hooked on them. I she wait to visit the location…

This is a great place for nuts, dried fruits, gummy candy and other bulk snacks. Prices are much better than any grocery store. Their business is primarily wholesale, but they have a retail storefront at this(industrial) location. They sell both large and small size packages of most items(not everything is packaged in Costco-sized quantities.) The location is Skid Row/Central City East, but there aren’t a lot of problems in this immediate area other than prostitution and a little loitering. Use the buzzer for entry to the store. As always, anywhere in DTLA, do not leave ANY valuables in sight in your car. If in doubt, put it in your trunk. Theft and property crime are the biggest crime issues in DT. I go here for pistachios, cashews, yogurt peanuts and chocolate covered pretzels :)

Been coming here for years. Excellent prices on nuts and dried fruits. I usually buy several pounds of toffee peanuts, along with shelled pumpkin seeds, almonds and pecans. Exceptionally fresh and the best prices anywhere. The holidays are coming and I need to make a visit to Gust Picoulas for baking cookies and making candy!

If you want to get the freshest peanuts, hot and roasted, this is the place to go!!!(Granted the place is located in kind of a ghetto-ey neighborhood, but it’s worth the drive.) They come straight out the roaster… the smell gravitates to your nose as soon as you hit the back entrance. Kinda like those old cartoons, where the aroma forms into fingers that drag you from your nostrils towards the smell??? Hehe. They sell them in bulk, but i just wanted my personal stash. So i got the 5 lb’er, which was only $ 7.50. I was grubbin’ on them all the way home. Good eats. I told my buddies about this gem. My friend bought a couple and took them to Dodger Stadium(the prices for peanuts inside the stadium are freakin’ ridiculous!) People were experiencing peanut-envy. Haha. Oh yeah, this joint also has a whole assortment of candies and chocolates, as well as every nut you can imagine. It’s the first 5 star i’ve rated, but that’s because i haven’t written a review for Dan’s Super Subs yet(hands down THE Best sandwiches on planet earth). Check it out boys and girls, you’ll leave with a smile on your face.
