Great customer service. Done my laser here and the hair hasn’t grown back since. I also tried their facial too and the estehtician is really knowledgable with skin care. Will recommend it to friends :)

This is for Laser hair removal.
Is it just me or is it hard to find a great LHR place? This particular place has horrible customer service and their prices are high compared to everyone else. I’m not sure why this is but I don’t like it.
Overall, I had about 8 sessions here for chin and underarm. It did work wonderfully and I got the results I desired. I am still looking for another place to help me with other areas though as this place didn’t win me over.

So, I’ve actually been doing the laser hair removal here. Lynn does an amazing job. I am on my 5 or 6^th session coming up and I am completely happy with my results. Lynn is extremely patient and super caring! I am strongly considering getting the hair from my lady bits removed (I wanna be as smooth as a barbie lol) I have not received any major surgery from here but there is definitely a sense of calm to the office and especially Lynn. I’ll be sure to keep updates on this place through my visits.

I have been here several times for laser hair removal and I like the results. I had 6 sessions and my hair hasn’t grown back and it has been about a year or more. I am trying out laser hair removal at some other place currently for another part of my body which I don’t see any results so I may go back to here since I see reliable results here.
Recently, I received a complementary facial offer from the center. It looks like they are starting to have facial services. I tried it and liked it. My friend said she noticed that my face is more radiant. I would consider purchasing the facial package the pricing of which is pretty reasonable.

At first, I was greeted warmly and everyone was polite. I had laser hair removal done over quite a few sessions, and while I know that results are not guaranteed, it seemed as though the nurses that performed the laser hair removal were not very experienced. I had other sessions done years before at a different business, so I am speaking comparatively. Dr. Fisher and his nurses just kept recommending doing more and more sessions so I could spend more and more $$. Another procedure that I also did was the Yag for dark under eye veins. The nurses promised me with one or two sessions at maximum the vein would go away. That didn’t happen. I had one of his own nurses reveal to me that she had work done by him and was extremely displeased. She revealed to me that she ended up spending twice the amount to get it fixed elsewhere. I read some of the scary experiences that other people have had below in the other Unilocal reviews and I can relate and agree to a lot of them. They sound pretty accurate. Dr. Fisher’s hands do shake and I believe he and his team don’t really take the time out to listen to what you are actually looking to get when you spend significant amounts of money there. When I didn’t see any results or actually the areas getting worse and called in with my concern (I also came in for 2 appointments to meet them face to face) to express my concern and Dr. Fisher as well as the nurses would just tell me to wait it out for a little bit. All of a sudden he wasn’t available to see me for my appointments and I’d wait for a long period of time before being sent off to a nurse that would see me for 5 minutes and behave very rudely. Everyone’s behavior and customer treatment changed immediately now that I had a concern. They refused to refund me anything and or to give me a couple treatments for a reduced rate or anything. I think the Doctor and his staff are not very up to date with the technological education of newer equipment and or procedures and they don’t really care about you once you pay. I’d do my research and maybe go elsewhere.

I never did any major surgeries here, only laser hair removal. But WOW if you can’t even please a customer with laser hair removal, I can’t imagine doing any other cosmetic service. I bought a groupon deal and the first two times I went, I left happy with the results so far. I’ve been to many laser hair removals and this one showed results. The nurse who helped me said I didn’t need any more sessions in the area I was doing since i’ve had removals there before so we set up a package deal where I can roll over my remaining and I bought extra sessions to make it a full session in a different area. After this visit, I would get different nurses who doesn’t understand the language on the profile, and the front receptionist was not helpful too. Long story short, when I went to my appt for my new area, they renegotiated my deal saying that it isn’t possible and of course it came to my disadvantage and their advantage. So I just canceled my overall service and took my refund for the second portion i paid for and they dared to count nickled and dime with me and deduct one session that was already done from the funds I paid versus my remaining groupon which is BS. But it’s okay, i lost my money for something that was promised to me, you guys will just lose your business through a bad experience and bad Unilocal review since everyone else is not satisfied with your service here as well.

Stay Away From This Office
After a consult, a week later, I called to commit to not the neck lift but the mini face lift for the quoted price of $ 5,500 only if the incision was done behind the tragis (a nob that extends out from the inner ear).
The head nurse Sarah said this would be fine. I requested a copy of the contract in the mail and gave the nurse Sue my credit card to secure the $ 750.00 deposit for the surgery date.
I had to call again for the receipt to be sent and when I got it… it still had total of $ 8,000 on there for the other procedure I was NOT getting. I waited to Pre-​Opt day to ask for a clean copy of the contract for just the mini lift $ 5,500 so I had the procedure, incision, and price.
At that time Sarah had me watch a video, took my blood pressure AND TOOK my blood, and then told me I should pay $ 1,000 more for incision behind tragis, as she now found out this was 35 min more time per ear to complete for the doctor.
This really stressed me out we had an agreement before I paid $ 750.00 deposit, before my blood pressure, and blood was taken, why are you saying this now???
Then I said this is a business contract and if it not agreed by both parties then the contract is voided, but you gave me a verbal agreement. Sarah said she would honor the price because she did say it would cost $ 5,500 and added even if she has to pay the rest out of her pay check. What is Sarah talking about?
I felt terrible and stressed I asked Dr. Fisher call me to see if he knew about all this. He did and told me contracts still can be negotiated after signed, and I could make it right by paying $ 1,000 more. I did not agree to this.
He got mad. He yelled at me during the conversation telling me I was not saying «Tragis» correctly. He told me let’s just cancel this operation because «you» are a person who takes the car in and wants to see the can of oil that went in the car?
This is too crazy to make any of this up. I filed a dispute with my credit card company right after that nasty conversation to document he canceled the operation and make sure funds were returned. Presently of 7÷16÷13 the office has not release my $ 750.00 deposit or now the rest of payment I gave on pre-​opt day of a total of $ 5,500 even after written requests.
Unreal…Stay Away!!!

Staff is amazing… very friendly. Dr. Fisher did everything I asked for and more. After procedure staff and Doctor constantly called to assure everything was going well.
I did my research for over 5 years and I always seemed to revert back to Dr. Gregory Fisher. I finally decided after speaking with several of my friends with their experiences with procedures, only to find out they all had done procedures with Dr. Fisher. That was it. there is no better recommendation then word of mouth and even better from people closest to you.
I’m not one to take the time to go online and write a review or even the person to brag about what I’ve done, but the staff and doctor honestly did an amazing job. I will continue coming here, I will continue recommending, and so far I have 3 of my friends lined up to do procedures themselves.
The best part about the office is they are professional, but yet give it a twist to make it fun. They have Beauty Nights where you and a group of friends can come and get really good discounts on procedures.
Try it … You won’t regret it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
I had gone into the office had a consultation for a mini facelift. I had done my research on the procedure knew the costs involved. The day of my consultation Dr. Fisher remained seated on a couch four feet away in the waiting room with his nurse Sarah providing his recommendations. I thought this odd because my other consults were done in the medical room and the doctor would look at my muscle structure and touch my face.
I asked Dr. Fisher what his technique was for this procedure (specifically incision, surges, and recovery time) which he was evasive on, and changed the subject to a rambling of his education. I told him I wanted to be realistic of my expectation, but had specifics of on my objectives could we look at a mirror (?).
We walked into a dim light hallway where a big mirror was on the wall and from behind me he pulled my skin back. At this time I had concerns because his HANDS TREMBLED.
His nurse Sarah walked me through the estimate quote and talked about the procedure. Stating I would pay $ 5,500 for the face lift but that I needed a neck lift, but this week they were running a special for $ 1,000 off so the total would be only $ 8,000.
I am 45 years old and the procedure for a mini lift or quick lift is documented all over UTUBE with the costs being between $ 3,500 to $ 5,500. This procedure includes incisions behind the Tragis and all the videos show that any mildly lose skin under the neck is pulled up on this procedure.
Sarah told me she was twenty years older (65 years old) than me and she had the neck lift, but this was after a facelift which she felt I may be able to achieve these results with just $ 5,500 procedure and that Dr. Fisher may or may not go behind the Tragis in the incision, but probably would because I did not have a natural cease in front of that nodule on my ear, so that would disguise it more.
I said I was interested in the mini face lift and since you are running the $ 1,000 off that would be $ 4,500, but Sarah said no that does not apply… OK I thought that was odd… I guess their really is not a special week…
After about a week I decided I would be interested in having the procedure done if the Dr. Fisher would do the incision behind the Tragis, and if so could I have a receipt. Sarah confirmed the price of $ 5,500 and was suppose to send a copy of the contract indicating incision behind Tragis.
Never got the paper work, and I called and requested it again, but when it came in the mail the contract was highlighted for the $ 5,500 procedure with Tragis incision, but the other neck lift was on there as well indicating with my signature $ 8,000 from our previous discussion. This is a business contract and might I add an OPERATION that in ON MY FACE! The paper work needs to be correct!!!
When I went in for the Pre Opt I asked if, I could have a clean copy of the new terms of our contract for my records. Sarah was hesitate, but said «OK». AFTER taking my blood she launched into a bizarre rant that. «…making the incision behind the Tragis was more time and that costs more. We have had to recently lower the prices and this procedure behind the Tragis was 35 more minutes per ear». I was shocked. I am about to have surgery in a couple of days and now after taking my blood you are totally freaking me out.
I told her this should have been discussed previously. This is business agreement. If either party is not happy with the agreement than the contract should not be written. In between Sarah saying that Dr. Fisher will be in later and then just saying she will honor the price because she had said that was the price she added «…even if it has to come out of my pay».
What? This is unprofessional. You don’t reset a price after a verbal and written agreement, take someones blood, and then try to intimidate or shame them into paying more.
The following day I spoke to Dr. Fisher on the phone. At times the audibility of his speech was unbelievable and unidentifiable he seemed to drift from one thing to another and at one point yelled at me for not saying the word Tragis correctly.
The short of the conversation was that he stated «…prices for plastic surgery go up and down like the stock market… there is still time to negotiate even after a contract is signed… their is not always time to talk about everything during a consultation… to make things right you (meaning me) could agree to pay another $ 1,000 for the incision behind the Tragis…»
I did not agree to this. Dr. Fisher got more angry and told me «you ask to many questions… it is like you take your car into the mechanic and you want to see the oil can that he puts into your car»
Then he told me «lets just forget about this operation and there are no hard feelings… I will refund the money back to your credit

I had a botched filler experience that will cost me thousands of dollars to reverse. I tried phone contacts and e-​mail contacts with no results. It is unfortunate that my phone calls and e-​mails were not returned.
I do have an update on the positive side. Dr. Fisher eventually contacted me and that’s all I ever wanted or asked for. The rest will have to play itself out internally… not here. I did receive a very malicious private message pertaining to this post that Unilocal is investigating.

I am updating my previous review/​post from 3 weeks ago and warning consumers to STAY AWAY.. Since the horrible Botox injection and severe eye drooping and puffiness, I decided to call customer service at Allergren, the Botox manufacture, to ask for help in correcting my eyes and try to get rid of the terrible heaviness I felt. I was told I had to ride out the 12 weeks until the Botox wore off, the nurse’s at Dr. Fisher’s said it would last a week. Allegren did did however offer to refund me the cost I paid for the Botox. They credited Dr. Fisher’s office and told me to request my refund directly from the the Dr. office. The office manager Sarah, who was also the inexperienced nurse who injected way too much Botox, refused to refund me the money that Allegren sent them on my behalf. Why? I have no idea. Poor business practices, lack of regard or concern for their patients? Doesn’t matter, Allergen offered, I didn’t request the refund, it wasn’t coming out of Dr. Fisher’s pocket or the staff there. They refused to give me the refund for my terrible result. I still look like an «ANGRY droopy BIRD»! I hope the staff has the integrity to return the money back to Allegren. As I mentioned before I have been using Botox for 8 years with no problems. I would give no stars if I could and hope people will choose another office for Botox, regardless of the «cheap deals» they offer.

I had the worst experience and I remember him yelling at me, yes, yelling at me during a visit.
I also remember him not be able to do a procedure and had to call a nurse to complete the job. Really!
Do your research before any procedures!!!
BEWARE! This is my personal opinion.

I had a coupon for Dysport. Made an appointment, showed up on time and the person who does injections was NOT there. They apologized for not calling and made another appointment. I called the day of to confirm and again, she was not there! Made a third appointment and waited an hour and 20 minutes for the treatment. The staff is nice, facility is nice, not fancy, but I can’t afford to waste this much time. There are too many places out there with better customer service.

It is now late February, more than three months after the event, and I am looking despondently at my denuded and gray-​haired cheeks. A week before Thanksgiving, 2011, I had a Yag/​Calendula laser treatment performed, hoping it would tighten up my 50 year old face (in fact, I later discovered that at least three were needed, making one pointless and later asking myself the point of offering only one as a special to, but that is another question). I was told at the time, as I sat in the office with a beard, that there would be «some» hair loss. I expressed concern, as I wear my beard (as my facebook picture and driver’s license illustrate), but was told it wouldn’t be noticeable. After the most painful experience I’ve ever had, I began to notice over several weeks that my beard was not only not growing in the treated areas, but the hairs had turned white. I called on December 30, six weeks after the treatment, to explain for the record what had happened, and express my profound upsetment at the loss of much of my beard. I was told to give it more time and that the beard would eventually grow back. After five more weeks and no improvement, I scheduled a meeting, at which they took photos and agreed that, indeed, there was considerable hair loss. I again expressed how upset I was and that the outcome was very much the opposite of what was expected from a Cosmetic center, where one expects to look better, not to be disfigured. I was offered a refund, and I explained that some form of compensation for the loss (hopefully not permanent) that I was experiencing. This was all at the end of January (Jan. 24). They agreed to 3 sessions of another laser (Vbeam?), the first at no additional cost, the next two at $ 200 each. I accepted the terms and set an appointment for that Thursday, the 26^th. The next day, the 25^th, someone else from their office calls to tell me that they had changed their minds, and would not be offering the treatments. They reneged on their offer of treatments or any refund. I am pursuing legal remedies (signing waivers/​release does not include the right to redress for personal injury), and as I view my hairless gray-​haired cheeks, I want others to be aware of this clinic’s practices, which are not simply unprofessional, but unethical, as well.

I found the laser center through Living Social, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the people who work there and the results provided.
I’ve been to a few other laser centers, but I feel that this one was the most professional. It looks clean, and not all fluffed up with fancy décor. Whats nice is that if you miss your appointment, they don’t deduct it from your Living Social package and will happily reschedule you (which is nice because there are a few out there where if you miss it, its a loss deducted from from your purchased deal package).
So far I have been there twice. My first nurse was Susan, who was very informative and assuring. My second nurse was Lynn, who was also very informative, funny, and made me feel very comfortable. Overall, I thought the whole staff was professional and friendly.
I got the laser hair removal which is was painful but bearable (nothing a little ice can’t fix! haha). Being the big baby I am, there were moments I needed a break, and Susan & Lynn were VERY nice and patient with me! The results are accurate and so far, I am very happy with my results. I would highly recommend this center!

I love Dr. Fisher and his office staff. They are friendly, professional, and don’t try to up sell you. The referral coupons are a huge added benefit as well. I had a breast reduction in 2006. Dr. Fisher, the anesthesiologist, and his nurses made me feel relaxed with their calm manner and friendly faces. I’ve also had laser hair removal that I would recommend to anyone wanting it done. I know three other very satisfied customers who have recommended his office. I would highly recommend Dr. Fisher to anyone. I plan on going back once I droop some more. Probably after my next pregnancy.

My 100^th review, and I’m dedicating it to my laser hair-​removal doctor’s office. Yesss. And, I’m gonna get an FTR while I’m at it. Double Yesss.
Came here on my good friend’s recommendation because I’ve been wanting to get laser hair removal done for quite some time. It’s located within the Cerritos Towne Center, where the Cerritos Sheraton is along with all the numerous office buildings. When you walk into the office, the waiting room is clean, bright, and comfortable with lots of plush comfy chairs. It’s just the way you’d think a cosmetic surgery office should be… pretty and gives you the a great first impression.
The staff is super friendly and professional. I guess because I only get hair zapped off, I don’t really need to deal with Dr. Fisher himself. But all the nurses that I’ve had were cheery and great at explaining the procedures beforehand. They also have a great referral program, when you get coupons for your next visit. Needless to say, a bunch of my coworkers and I go to this office for laser hair removal.
