It was a nice afternoon with the family but they really should add many more vendors/​booths.

It was a cute event. I met a friendly Unilocal representative who told me to check-​in for a free Unilocal tote.
The event itself was not much of a bookfest, there was one truck filled with various collections of books. Most of the other booths were more event gatherings than a typical bookstore event.
The highlight of the event was the poetry reading. There were various poets reading poems about Los Angeles while a band was playing background music for the audience. The location was superb, especially great for walking the dog. Lots of grassy areas for people and pets.
