Alright, so I bring in this really sentimental watch my grandpa gave me, which needed a new battery, that also may have been at least 50 years old, and may have been made by a well known Italian designer, and it just so happens that they accidentally misplaced it. It’s really disappointing that they were never able to ‘find’ it because the emotional connection to that watch is more important than any price tag it may have. They offered any piece in the store which was a nice gesture but you can’t replace my feelings. Still sad. that’s what my face looks like every time I think about it.

I got cracked glass replaced on a Fossil watch here for a quick turn-​around and and a great price. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the watch is as good as new.

Very grateful for having this shop recommended to me. The owners are extremely kind and generous. And they take a lot of care. My fiancée had to get some work done on her rings and I’m thankful because they knew exactly what to do and the price was right. What more could you ask for?

Paul and his lovely wife are fantastic. They are courteous, friendly, polite and care about their customers. Their store is unique, quaint, and lovely. Best of all, of course, is how they treat their customers. This will forever be my go-​to jeweler in LA! Thank you so much!

I came here to get my watch tightened and I was very satisfied with the price! I wasn’t sure how many links to take out, so Paul told me to try what he did, and if it was still too loose to come back and he would take more out for free! Very nice, awesome work! I would definitely recommend to come here if you have a pricey watch and you want it to be well taken care of!

After reading reviews on other jewelers I went to grace jewelers to get the battery changed in my tag heuer dive watch. The owner was very friendly and the service reasonably priced. They had my watch done in under an hour. I definitely echo the other comments about an unusual selection of items for any budget. There are some beautiful pieces. I will definitely be back to explore.

This place is so unique and wonderful!
I stopped in one day to browse and was so taken aback by the gorgeous selection, even the most simple pieces have something that makes them unique, even if its just a hint of 14k gold or an unexpected setting. Aside from the selection, the quality of the stones used (my ring is diamond and sapphire) is truly amazing, and I was not surprised to learn that the owner himself is a Gemologist! Grace co-​owns the place with her husband and is one of the loveliest ladies I’ve met, she is honest in her opinion and will help you select something that truly reflects your style, while being respective of your price range. I wasn’t after anything too bougie and Grace gladly helped me find the perfect ring, and well within my price range!
This place reminds me of old-​school jewelers, where you are treated as a person and not just a customer to be dealt with and dismissed as soon as the money is handed over. Grace and her husband have an old-​school charm and class that translates into their business model and their beautiful pieces. Do yourselves a favor and check out their selection before you go buy something generic and forgettable, this place is really an experience.

Pretty sure it was Paul that helped me out. All I needed was a battery replaced on a Rip Curl watch. I was worried walking in that it might have been a little too low-​end for them to look at it, but Paul was friendly and accommodating. Sent me out to get a sandwich, when I came back watch was good as new. $ 15 seemed pretty fair. Great all around.

I love this store, and have been shopping here for many years. Grace and Paul are extremely helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable.

My wife and I have been going here for years. We have dealt with the owners on every occasion. The selection is very good. From having repairs on jewelery, stone replacement to restringing, they do an excellent job. We have purchased items in various price points, and feel the qualaity is always there. My wife has had custom pieces made, from rings to earings to pins/​broaches, and every item is a true one of a kind piece. They will work with you on your designs. They give a very nice discount, so the price is most fair.

This is an awful place. Employees are rude. They rip you off. They charged me 200 dollars for a clasp adjustment that Sarah Leonard Fine Jewelry did for free. Avoid this place — -or you will be sorry. On top of that, they actually damage jewelry and never bother to apologize.

I went shopping for earrings to give my wife for Valentine’s Day and was helped by a woman (Grace) who was knowledgeable, friendly, and interesting. After my purchase she even gave me a gift for one of my deserving disabled students. I’ll definitely be going back!

Havin’ worked at Tiffany & Co. in Beverly Hills I have a pretty good idea of what to look for when I see other jewelry shops… I was pleasantly surprised when I first walked into this crown jewel… (HAHA. Get it Crown Jewel???) I CRACK MYSELF UP SOMETIMES. However, Im not surprised when I do I come here and get exactly what I look for at a great price.
Location: Glendon Avenue. It’s directly across from Westwood Brewin’ company, and next to Acapulco and Angelinos!
Parking: Plenty of parking in Broxton Avenue in the public lot/​do your shopping in Trader Joe’s and walk on over. It’s super close
Hours: They are open from Tuesday-​Sat. Normal business hours I believe however I have made special calls in the past if I wanted to pick something up at a later time or if I needed something in a specific time frame.
Employees: The main person I have ever dealt with is this lady name Dru. She’s super sweet and extremely helpful. She loves the fact that I’m a former Bruin and always gives me a discount cause we share our love for the bruins and hatred for USC!!!
Services: Wanna buy your girlfriend some earrings from graduation? or thinkin about gettin’ an engagement ring? (Not for a while for me… WHEW!) In addition, I’ve gotten my old man’s watch band replaced and battery changed for an extremely cheap price. I’m really surprised at how cheap and fast they do it.
Prices: Dependin’ on your budget they will definitely work with you. The good thing about them is I’ve been on a student budget or had a certain price range that I only wanted to spend and they did indeed help me out which is rare in these kinds of places.
*I’ve referring a lot of my friends to this place when they were looking to get something appraised, re-​sized or just a small present on a tight budget. This place has a really mom and pops feel to it. That is why I feel very comfortable and right at home. Ask for Dru. Tell her your boy JY sent you… She’ll hook you up proper! She looves me! HAHA. Just kidding.
**If you’re lookin’ for a good place with quality jewels. I’d say look no further. However, if you’re definitely lookin’ for a nice blue box with a white ribbon… You know where I used to work.
