Good Morning Vietnam

These guys are awesome! They come to our farmers market at Kaiser West Los Angeles Medical Center. I always get the Phở. It’s really really good. The chicken is fresh and juicy. And the noodles are nice and tender. I also get the spring roll with shrimp. All of the food is made fresh and to order. And the service is great! Trust me… there is no eating this food with dignity.

I found them at the Manhattan Beach Farmers Market on Tuesday. I went for their stiff Vietnamese coffee and ended up staying for lunch! They are the cutest team, so friendly and fun and their Spring Rolls are fantastic. So happy to make this discovery!

My daughter and I were at Kaiser today and got vegetarian ban mi sandwiches. She was in a cranky mood, but even so when we were done she told me it was delicious. She wanted me to tell them. Hope you guys read this!

My son and I took my dad to his doctor’s appointments at Kaiser West LA and happen to stumble upon this establishment at their weekly farmer’s market. Although, the lines were long, my son and I waited for our shrimp/​pork spring rolls and my ice coffee. The owner (Victor, I think) was kind to us. They rolls chewy, fresh, filled with fresh lettuce right from the farmer’s market, and filled with large shrimp and thin slices of pork. These rolls were excellent, the best I think I have ever had. I’ve tried several Vietnamese restaurants. I will definitely be back to try their banh mi at the Farmer’s Market in Playa Vista. (P.S. If I had more time I would have ordered the banh mi and if I wasn’t starving I would have posted a picture of this amazing spring roll creation.)

The last two weekends I have gotten egg and chicken/​pork bahn mi from these guys at the Playa Vista farmers market, and it is one of the most expertly crafted sandwiches I’ve ever had. I am still thinking about it three hours later that is what inspired me to post.
