Go2Yas

Was excited to receive a free pass for a yoga session from Go 2 Yas that is just opening Silverlake. I signed up online and went to schedule a session today (Thursday) for a Sunday class. Not available… I called to see if I could sign up and was told in a very condescending tone that it was «way too early» to sign up now. That I could only sign up on Sat for the Sun class. Do people not plan out their weekends? Especially a 8:30am Yoga class…
What kind of business model is this? If I pay in advance to reserve a spot, you can then plan for your instructors. If I don’t show, keep my money… but not letting me sign up? Especially when you are opening a new business in an area with PLENTY of other yoga studios. You can keep your free pass, I’ll stick to places in Silverlake/​Los Feliz with decent customer service and logical policies.
