I contacted Jane for my high school prom makeup. I had been emailing several other makeup artists at the same time to keep my options open and I had noticed immediately that Jane was very professional even knowing I was merely a high school student. Her email responses came quick and they were always very helpful and informative. Without any doubt, I chose her to do my makeup for my senior prom. She asked what look I wanted and after sending her several pictures she helped me to decide what look to do that would look best on my features. She also was able to travel to my house which was a little far from her original location.
She contacted me when she thought she was going to run a little late but she ended up arriving earlier than expected. She took about five minutes to set up her equipment. She began and she never forgot to ask me if I was doing okay and if the pressure was not too hard. She constantly gave me updates on what she was doing and gave me a mirror every once in a while to make sure I liked where the makeup was heading. The whole time, everything went smoothly. Because I do not wear makeup on a daily basis, I was a little uncomfortable with how I looked at first but as I kept seeing my face, I really grew to like how she was doing my makeup. Jane also gave me constant tips for my skin/​face throughout the session.
I got a lot of compliments that night and I was pleased with everything that Jane had to offer. I highly recommend her services!

Jane has worked with us as the make up artist on a few editorial/​commercial print campaigns. She is very prompt and exudes professionalism from start to finish. She has great vision and helps meet client expectations on set and during pre-​production.
